Great experience with Trust Ford Edgware
We had a great experience with Trust Ford Edgware and are very happy with customer service and car that we received, however we have had a couple of issues with the vehicle. The radio isn’t working and there were cigarette burns on one of the seats.

We got a lovely used car, clean and sound, from Ford in Lisburn. Daniel helped us every step of the way, including test drive and a decent valuation for our old car in part exchange. Tea/Coffee always offered. Recommended!

I’ve just bought my latest Ford Puma and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience at Trustford Hillington. From the moment I started the process, Eda was brilliant. She was friendly, patient and always happy to answer any questions I had, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
The whole process was really straightforward, and the handover was smooth and stress-free. Eda took the time to demonstrate my new car's latest features. It made such a difference having someone like her as my main point of contact — she made everything feel easy and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy.
And as for the car itself, I absolutely love it! I’m really pleased with my Ford Puma and would definitely recommend both the car and the team. A big thank you to Eda for making the whole experience such a positive one! 😊
