Very Disappointed.
Very Disappointed.
I was looking to buy an E Transit Custom and rang the dealership to ask a few questions before making my final decision.
Can I fit a towbar
Can I fit a roof rack, for a roof tent.
Can I fit rear seats , as the reason for the purchase was to partially convert it to a camper van.
I discussed with the sales person Jess that I was ready to make a purchase and just wanted some answers to the above and to discuss if possible a final figure. I honestly thought that this would be straight forward, cash customer looking to spend in the region of £30000 on a second hand van. But sadly no, no return phone call with any information, no email nothing. I guess ill take my custom elsewhere.

Appalling firm who have failed in every aspect of customer service. I raised. DCA complaint on behalf of my late stepfather. Who have failed to recognise the customer had died. Then, after raising a service complaint. The firm failed to provide an answer to it. I reported the firm to the FCA who have taken this very seriously. My advice is to stay well clear of this firm if customer service is important to you. The service complaint team have now asked that I resend a new service complaint. I have asked why I should do this. When the earlier complaint was acknowledged. I have since reported back to the FCA to explain this firm is not following their principles in customer service complaints made against the firm. Clearly, the firm has a very dishonest approach towards anyone looking to raise a dispute. The FCA will take serious steps or action against this firm now who still are messing me around. How dare you feel, you can treat anyone in this appalling behaviour. As a firm you don’t deserve any customers. I would strongly advise that Ford credit take this opportunity to resolve my service complaint. I have provided a full transcript of emails of communication between myself and Ford credit. I will continue to update my progress with the FCA.

I went to TrustFord castleford all the staff are friendly. Matthew is an absolute credit to the company, he was really approachable and friendly and helped with any questions I had. Matthew kept me updated regularly from ordering the car to it arriving and handover. He's made the process really simple and smooth and I couldn't have had a better experience.
