Easy trade in but disappointed with newer car
Very quick and easy to trade in my old car and drive away the new (6 month old) one. Good trade in allowance with some haggling. The newer car however has issues with the auto stop/start. I was advised to take it on a long drive to charge the battery. Not acceptable on a six month old car. I tried booking in for it to be looked at but can’t get through directly to the dealer and instead get put through a call centre. In the meantime the stop/start started working for a short time. I have just been on a long journey but still the auto stop/start isn’t working. Not what I expected from a newish car. Back to the call centre tomorrow….
