I had an issue with one of my invoices so made contact today and spoke to Katie Mulcahy. After a chat message Katie called me and within no time at all the issue was dealt with. Katie soon found out I had two accounts so in fact my fault, my bad 😩

What do we all hope for when looking for support? Someone who is friendly, helpful and efficient. Katie was all those and followed through to make sure the problem had been properly resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Katie

The service ALWAYS works and allows our charity to receive calls to whatever number is most convenient to us. They really seemed to care about charities and have recently made a small, unsolicited donation to help pay our account. I don't know of anyone else offering this service but we would never change.

TTNC have done everything that we need. We are a small organisation, and the service works well for us and the low number of calls we get, without us having to do anything!

A very easy to use platform, on the odd occasion I have needed assistance the call is picked up very quickly and dealt with whilst on the phone.

I had an issue with the payment. So I contacted the accounts and they solved it. However, they should respond a bit faster.

Company that rings your number and doesn't answer when picked up

I agree with everyone else , these pass 18 months the lack of Telephone support along with emails have been awful ,After a search of the company THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY CHESS ,1 STAR rating on that company .
Can no longer speak to anyone the telephone number you have to leave a message and then in 5 days time they contact you ,DO NOT GO HERE ,After 8 years with TTNC we are no longer getting help

Scam call from 020 3151 0281 that your numbder pretending to be from the housing repair team or something like that. Stop trying to get any information out of me so you can scam. Or use me for identity theft. to try and gain money via loan or other means using my name and details. Why in hell do you need to know how long I have lived at my address for other than to "Take out loans, morgages or other financial gains" Stop calling scammers..

I am not about to give you my personal details again. You already have them on your system. Nice try.
I am not going to give you my email, full name and etc etc as this is not giving you a better understanding but giving you access to personal details which.. As a scammer you would want.

Just google your own number and see how many people are waking up to the scam calls you been making. If you where legit there would not be that many if any at all. No smoke with out a fire.

Getting review removed does not change the nature of your practises.

If i could add a screen shot of that phone call I would. And if I had recorded the conversation I would also add that. Here or every one to see and hear. But I can't and I am not about to hand over detials to a company the raised the red flag of scammers when they called.

Katie from customer support was able to answer all my questions and help me get set up. I would recommend TTNC!

Katie always addresses any issue promptly and efficiently. I can't really comment on the service itself because I have not used it long.

I received a call from Amy who was really helpful in explaining how to resolve issues and gave us some pointers for our small charity on how to best use the service.

TTNC have provided excellent support to us as a small homelessness charity. From the initial set-up to being able to use the system as an on-call service. This has enabled our volunteers, running our emergency winter beds, to reach experienced staff for advice whenever it's needed.
