Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry that some items were missing from your delivery and, more importantly, that you had difficulty getting in touch with us to resolve the issue.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to leave voicemails without receiving a response and then wait 48 hours for an email reply. Although we’re glad the issue was eventually resolved, we recognise that the process should have been much quicker and easier for you.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of your shelving units. While we’re pleased the units arrived within a reasonable timeframe and that you found them straightforward to assemble, we’re concerned by your comments regarding the packaging, bent and exposed metal, and the quality of the shelves.

We take your concerns about the MDF dust seriously, it isn't something that we have been notified of before. We’d like to investigate this properly, as the product should arrive in an acceptable condition and perform as intended. If you’re able to contact us with your order details and photos of the affected shelves and inserts, our team can look into the issues you’ve experienced and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear your first delivery arrived fine, but we’re sorry that the second delivery arrived with one end of the front spars bent. We’re glad you were able to straighten them, although we appreciate this shouldn’t have been necessary.

Thank you also for your suggestion regarding additional protection to the ends during transport. We’ll take this on board and review our packaging to help prevent this happening again.
