Despite an issues with my order and…
Despite an issues with my order and couriers damage, they have resolved my issues to my satisfaction.
It was easy to communicate with them by email. Good customer service.

Disappointing
Only received part of the order and some of that was damaged. Contacted them about the damaged items which they said they would replace and that they would make up the rest of the order. Received confirmation saying that DX would deliver today, waited in all day but it was a no-show.

Once I worked out to use the leading arrows on the up-rights, it was plain sailing. 4 x units @ just over an hour each. I`ve now got all my low lying clutter properly shelved, freeing up space. V happy.

Excellent choice of products.
The choice of products is huge and the sizes available is really quite wide, so I was able to find the best fit for my new garage workshop. The quality and fit is excellent and extremely robust, it should last for ever. The delivery was good, and all round I am very satisfied.

The shelving unit is great
The shelving unit is great. The delivery was not.
The unit it sturdy and well made. It was easy to put together, once we worked out how to get the feet on!
It should last for years in our garden shed.
We paid for delivery on a particular day, waited in all day and it did not arrive. It came the following day and I missed something important to be in for it. Tufferman refunded the shipping as soon as the issue was raised but they need to understand that, while they are not responsible for the courier's performance, they are responsible for choosing a reliable courier.
We would definitely consider buying another Tufferman product but only when delivery wasn't time critical.

Top quality shelving, great service
Tufferman sell top-quality robust shelving units for domestic garaging or commercial storage / warehouse units. I've ordered from them twice now, and been really impressed with the quality and weight capacity of the shelves. We're currently building a cupboard around a set of shelves to store heavy gym equipment in a regular room, so it looks like a shaker cupboard on the outside, and strong on the inside. There were some issues with this order (bent strut, missing items), and their customer service team was super-quick to sort them out for us with no quibble. Thanks!

Good quality shelving
Good quality shelving which was easy to build. Only downside is the MDF provided for the shelves. Keep it dry, it’s ok but any moisture or water could affect the performance. Overall a good product for storage.

Tufferman were easy to deal with
Tufferman were easy to deal with. Product was very easy to assemble. Big difference in rigidity and strength between the SX and VRS ranges although both were good. Overall would recommend however the delivery from DX was very poor (split over 3 separate days).

The company as great customer service only problems they sort quickly and update you by email.the courier did lose some items

Poor delivery and customer care.
I paid extra for a selected day delivery which was missed. No proactive communication to tell me it would be late. The delivery came the next day and was delivered to the wrong address. I had to go and move the massive boxes myself from the road next to me. Contacted Tuffferman's to complain and still haven't heard back from them.
Parts of the shelf supports were bent and the wood tops had corners damaged.
