Great set of shelves, exactly the specified dimensions, and easy to assemble once you’ve got your head round the instructions. Would recommend them to anyone.

Only negative was the box it came in was wet and damaged at one end so the the shelving has swelled but it's ok to use.

Delivery was absolutely horrendous, took a day off work to make sure I was home with it being a large item, Nobody turned up, Next day they tried to deliver without notifying us. When the driver rang our ring doorbell I asked for the card so we could arrange another day that we would be home only to be told they didn’t have any cards. We went away on a weekend break the day after hoping to arrange the delivery for the following week only to find it had been dumped outside our house for 3 days and everything was absolutely sodden as it had rained all weekend! Wouldn’t use them again

I ordered 4 VRS shelving units for my garage, with standard delivery. They arrived promptly but there was some damage to one pack of MDF boards. This was resolved without quibble and replacements were quickly provided.

The units themselves are high quality, easy to assemble, and very sturdy. I'm impressed.

[Edit: Upped to 5*. Felt bad about docking a whole star for the damage that was probably the fault of the carrier.]

My parcel was damaged on arrival and some pieces were missing. emailed customer services and replacement parts were delivered within 24 hours as promised.

The shelving was easy to order and was delivered fairly promptly (a bank holiday weekend got in the way). It was quite easily erected as the only requirement for construction is a small rubber hammer and a flat blade screwdriver in case one of the lugs gets bent.
Quickly erected very sturdy and fixed to the wall with the fittings supplied.
I would highly recommend Tufferman.

Easy process from ordering to delivery. I ordered 3 x 600 x 1800 mm shelving bays in grey. They look good and were easy to assemble. Strong once assembled. I was kept updated about delivery and items were delivered on time.

Love the product but feel instructions could be clearer when assembling. Once we worked it out how to put together it was much easier

I brought a couple of racks for my garage, they are really well made and tap together very well. Would definitely buy again!

Started off well, but definitely seem to forget about you after they've got your money.... Dealt with Ellie, she was fantastic at first then never got back to me on an email after my order arrived. Decided to ring and she sounded like she did not want to be there/couldn't be asked to deal with anyone. Probably on commission.

Also delivery service they use is terrible, driver didn't ring doorbell and left against my motor, which is weird because they should be signing off the order.

Finally product I purchased had some chipped paint marks on metal legs before I hammered in slats, nothing major, but potentially put together, returned and repacked?

Product is alright though. Would I use again? Na.

Clear info on site. Easy to order arrived quickly. Good price. Shelves are robust and easy to put up.

Company advertised next day delivery and in reality it was anything but even though I paid extra for specific day delivery. On selecting the day for delivery, the soonest day for delivery was 3 days after placing the order.

On the day I specified only half of the order was delivered. When I tried to call the company to find out what was going on, the recorded message said their voicemail mailbox was full. I then emailed the company and it took them 5 days to reply to my email.

The other half of the order eventually arrived, un-announced, on the next day, with at least half of these items damaged due to the lack of robustness in the way it was packaged.

It was clear that the product quality leaves something to be desired as it is of flimsy construction until the point of full construction, which was very difficult given the damage and the quality of the product.

Tremendous customer service! High quality products!! I would not hesitate recommending Tufferman to family and friends! Keep up the good work!!
