Jack was fantastic for our bottomless brunch, he was so quick at giving us more drinks and super friendly and funny! He is an asset to the team. Food and cocktails super tasty too!
Got served a beer in a Guinness glass and beer tasted fishy and flat so obviously don’t clean the lines regularly. I get it’s a cocktail vibe but it’s robbery how they serve pints and charge a premium... Toon meer

Visited the Manchester Oxford road…
Visited the Manchester Oxford road turtle bay for bottomless brunch in the day and I would highly recommend. Drinks were great and came so fast great for the money you pay. Food was so nice and generous portion sized as we had burgers. Our server Tom was lovely and helpful and the girl behind the bar came to talk to us and was really friendly!
Holiday vibes and great food – loved it!
We visited Turtle Bay Southampton for lunch on 07/04/2026 and had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the girl who welcomed and served us was incredibly polite and friendly, which really set the tone for our visit.
The restaurant itself looks amazing! The atmosphere genuinely made my partner and I feel like we were on holiday. It’s such a vibrant and relaxing setting.
The food was great and very reasonably priced. We paid £42.75 in total and shared two starters (Sweetcorn Fritters and Loaded Fries) and a main (Rum BBQ Ribs), which were all delicious. The portion sizes were perfect for sharing.
They also have a 2-for-1 drinks offer all day, every day, which is a great bonus. We tried the Koko Coladas and they were really tasty.
Service was quick throughout, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Overall, a great experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Nice food. Good service
A group of 4 went to the Birmingham restaurant for the bottomless brunch. Service was great. Drinks came quickly. The food was good. I had brown chicken and my friends had the goat. Not sure why the meat and rice and peas were served in separate small bowls. It was difficult to eat them together! Apart from that, it's was worth the money.
Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, good music and delicious cocktails!!! Great hospitality from arushan.

Poor bottomless brunch experience – Milton Keynes
Visited the Turtle Bay in Milton Keynes for bottomless brunch for my birthday and unfortunately the service really let the experience down.
We were seated about 15 minutes before our booking time but then waited around 25 minutes before anyone came to serve us. Once we were finally served things started well and we received two rounds of drinks fairly quickly.
However, after our food arrived the service completely disappeared. We ended up eating almost our entire meal with no drinks at all. My boyfriend even tried ordering at the bar but was told drinks had to be ordered through a server — the problem was there were no servers around for about 30 minutes.
When we finally managed to order again I was so thirsty from waiting and eating that the drink went immediately, and then we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could place the next order.
Our table also wasn’t cleared once, so we were left sitting with empty glasses and dinner plates for the last 30 minutes.
The food and drinks themselves were great, but the service made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable — especially for a birthday. Bottomless brunch should feel relaxed and fun, not like you’re chasing staff and timing the experience yourself.
Bad service
Came here a year ago and had a great experience so booked again expecting the same. Booked a table for 3pm but arrived 2.30pm to be told to come back at 3pm and our booking was not checked on system, so sat at bar and had cocktails whilst waiting. Cocktails made with concentrated juice very cheap tasting. Had just been to a bar with homemade cocktails similar price and the difference was apparent. Watched the staff make them in record speed and tasted cheap. 3pm went back to be told I had booked a just drinks table however I had made a note to say I want food but couldn’t find the option for food from menu as it was all brunch options. Told us we can’t have table service and sit in bar area.
First of all, why didn’t he check the booking when we arrived early as we saw lots of empty tables we could have sat at. Walked out and won’t be back as the service was appalling this time.
No consideration after we waited for half an hour at bar.
Turtle Bay is a highly commercialised…
Turtle Bay is a highly commercialised Caribbean style restaurant. The food is of moderate size and tasty but nothing exciting. Be prepared to pay extra now that the main dishes do not include rice so you order a side at £3.90 a bowl. Yeah, good food, good setting, bit ‘fast-track’ and getting pricey. But a large lime n soda with ice n a slice at 30p at Lincoln … brilliant!!!
Staff were great but I would not eat here again
The staff were really nice. However the management of the place was subpar. I had the mango chicken for starters which came out cold. The batter was soggy. The main wasn’t anything to rave about. Our party had dishes missing and some had to wait 10 minutes for the other half of the meal to come out. This was turtle bay in Derby
Chelmsford Tom, first class
We visited the Chelmsford restaurant yesterday. Our server was Tom and he is an asset to your company, first class service.
Food was delicious too, no waste here. Our second visit, first to this branch. Will be back and hope Tom serves us again.
Blue Light discount helps too.
NEVER AGAIN
Booked a table for myself and my partner for the valentines dining experience. This was our first time at Turtle Bay and will be our last too.
Arrived at 8:00pm for dinner seated by a two seater right next to the door so constantly kept feeling the cold breeze when the door opened. Then one of the staff finally came to take our order at 8:25pm.
Considering we were stuck in the corner everytime we tried to get the attention of any member of staff they would constantly be trying to change directions.
Nothing came to us at all. It got to 8:52pm and a member of staff came over and introduced her selves to us saying she will be our waitress for the evening and that she will like to take our order. We informed her that we placed an order already but it’s taking longer than anticipated. She didn’t come back. It came to 9:10 and we complained to her and said we haven’t even had our drinks yet. Still no drinks, nothing.
I was able to speak to the man that took our order and I just told him we would like to just cancel our order and leave because at this point it’s 9:15pm, we have had nothing come to us, not even drinks. Considering it’s valentines, this really ruined our evening as we were left with no food. Then around 9:25/26pm the starters came out but we advised the lady that we already requested to speak to the manager as we would like to leave and have been left for over 1 hour 25 mins with nothing. She apologised but ultimately the experience was unacceptable and probably the worst experience we have ever faced what so ever.
We have heard negative stories from others and seen reviews but thought that at least the service would be excellent for Valentine’s Day but clearly that was not the case.
Worst experience ever
We booked a bottomless brunch for valnetines day. We expected ro be busy.
But the lacknof organisation and flow was wild.
We was seated on time after 15 mins are order was taken. We was told bar was busy and we woukd get likely 6 drinks in our time for the booking, ok.
Half hour later no drink..my food was brought out. I had no cutlery . I ate my food and my husbands food was still not out
By time I finished my food his came out still no drink.
He finished his food still no drink. Nearly 1 hour in we was delivered our first drink.
Adter we had eaten and food was hot. No water no nothing our mouths was on fire.
We asked a server he said he wepukd check for us and never sis he wondered around we asked him again he said he would and he dis the same thing it was hilarious to watch him just not do it upon being asked twice
One hour 45 mins later no secound drink we asked for hour bill. Half hour later bill arrives
People were walking out like us. The table next to us of 6 people had been there 2 hours and not even had a main meal ..and only 2 drinks.
It was hurendous experience and we payed £50 for the pleasure of a hurendous experience.
Being busy is one thing choosing to over book or not have responsible things in place to manage it at that height is discusting.
I won't come in again because its clear profit far out ways the customers experience.
There was no organisation, team working together was not there.
Apart from one man who was amazing he had a strippy jumper on he wasn't our server but he was running around checking in and coukd see was picking up the slack off alot of the lazy staff
And they were lazy because ive never seen servers during such a busy period wander around like its a Sunday when there were so many drinks that needed to be brought out that was just sat on the bar.
Maybe if a team manger or a higher member of staff actually trained their servers to understand how to work a busy shift it woukd not have been like that.
We recently visited Turtle Bay…
We recently visited Turtle Bay Nottingham for their Valentine’s 2-for-£20 menu and the whole experience was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. We’d also received an email promotion offering two complimentary cocktails for booking before the 7th, which was a lovely extra touch.
I’m disabled and use an electric wheelchair, and I can’t praise the team enough for how accommodating and thoughtful they were. We arrived earlier than our booking due to awful weather changing our plans, and nothing was too much trouble. Our booking was moved forward without any fuss, a suitable table was found straight away, and we were seated with smiles all round.
Menus were brought over promptly, everything was clearly explained, and we were given table water. The table was set beautifully with a candle and even had dominoes to play, which added to the relaxed, fun vibe. The music and atmosphere were spot on, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and full of great banter. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do.
We both ordered the same: sweetcorn fritters with mango molè to start, followed by the half rack of ribs in sweet rum sauce with mac and cheese and slaw. While we waited, our complimentary Sitri cocktails arrived and they were so refreshing and much bigger than expected. We then had Cokes with our meals, served in large bottles with ice and a slice of lime, which felt like a nice little touch.
The food was absolutely out of this world. The fritters were beautifully crisp with a great hit of spice from the sauce. I’ve never been to the Caribbean, but for a moment it felt like I was there. And the ribs… wow. Crispy on the outside, melt-in-the-mouth tender as you got further in, with a sauce that was warming yet sweet. The mac and cheese was creamy, comforting, and honestly like a warm hug in a bowl. Every part of the meal felt indulgent and full of flavour.
The value was fantastic too. £20 for two courses for two people, with just an extra £4 each for the ribs, plus drinks. For the quality, portions, atmosphere, and service, that’s amazing value for money.
I genuinely can’t fault this place. It’s not our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. Whether you’re going for food and drinks or just popping in for cocktails at the bar, you’ll leave smiling, well-fed, and in a great mood. A solid 10/10 from us.
The most amazing evening
The most amazing evening, the food was amazing 3 courses without a single complaint. The bottomless drinks were a highlight, but the star of the show was our server (Gem) 1st class service! Quality all around. Thank you.
Turn down the music please
Turn down the music please, at least during the afternoon.
This review is specific to the Victoria…
This review is specific to the Victoria St venue in Liverpool.
Following a relatively negative experience at the Hanover street branch, I took my friend for his first bottomless brunch at the Victoria Street venue for his first bottomless brunch!!
All of the staff were great, the food was fantastic and the drinks far exceeded expectations.
The clear stand out, and prompt for me to take the time to leave a review is due to Ellie.
She was extremely personable, made my friend’s first bottomless brunch experienced something he will never forget.
Restored my faith in Turtle Bay.
Thank you Ellie, and thank you Victoria Street Turtle Bay!
Lovely manager!
The manager at Exeter was lovely and helpful and we had a perfect table. The only downside was that the salmon was £14.95 with a bit of “creamed veg” (no idea what the veg was, so that was a total mystery, along with it not having any cream). It was a tiny portion if you were where to have this as a meal. We shared this as it said it’s “perfect for sharing” on the menu, but it was literally two mouthfulls each (the small salmon pieces you get from the shops) 1” x 4” ish. I would have done this at home so personally, it wasn’t special to me and didn’t want me to go back again. The cocktail was lovely but would like to see other cocktails other than rum as I know lots of people don’t like it but like the atmosphere in there. The brownies I would have again especially with the coconut ice cream. The menus are also new branding which I loved as an artist/designer but feel like it needs to be more funky like it used to be and not follow everyone else’s style.
