Despite repeated promises and follow-ups, the refund of my tuition fees from UE Amsterdam has been withheld since March 2026. I have yet to receive my money or any definitive date for the payment. On August 4th, I was told it would be processed within two weeks—which did not happen. Then, on August 28th, I was again told it would be processed within two weeks. It is now October 16th, and it seems the "two-week" period never ends for this fraudulent, exploitative, and money-laundering institution.

This delay is severely impacting my future. I have received an offer from Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland, but because I have not received my refund, my ability to pay the tuition fees there is now at risk.

Why do you keep delaying the refund, and why have you failed to honor your previous commitments to pay? I demand a clear explanation and a confirmed date for the transfer—not another vague promise. How long do you expect to sustain yourselves through such deceit and fraud? Do you intend to keep what is rightfully mine? I am left questioning how a country as advanced as the Netherlands allows such a fraudulent institution to operate. Why has the Dutch government not taken action against this university?

My experience with the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE Germany) regarding my tuition refund has been a complete nightmare. They have been withholding my full refund of €10,500 for over a year now.

The refunds team and staff keep giving false promises, assuring me that my payment is included in "the next batch," but they just keep ignoring and avoiding my messages. They give students false hope and refuse to return their hard-earned money.
I demand my €10,500 transferred to my account immediately without any further excuses.

UE Amsterdam is the worst university I have ever dealt with. My IND was approved and then they cancelled it themselves. I paid 10,500 EUR tuition fee and applied for a refund on 20th February after my visa was rejected/cancelled.

It has been 8 MONTHS now. 8 MONTHS! No refund, no UTR, no proper reply to my emails. They are simply holding my money. This is not just unprofessional, this is a SCAM.

They take money instantly but when it comes to refund, they disappear. Zero support for international students. If you are planning to apply here, think 100 times. I am still fighting to get my own money back.

The University said all refunds would be cleared within September, but September is over and I still haven't received mine. Is this how you honor your commitments? You've taken students' trust down to zero. I demand my refund be processed immediately, with a clear explanation for this delay.

The admissions process is efficient and they have a knowledgeable team. From the beginning i can feel the strong choice for students seeking a quality international education.

I submitted my refund request on 3rd March and that has to be processed in the following 5-6 weeks, but it has been 6 months still I'm waiting for my refund. The Refunds Team gave me 6-7 specific deadlines till now, but still my refund request is unresolved. They always response with a generic answers, but not an exact confirmation deadline. They are showing unprofessional and unacceptable behavior that is really destroying my whole career. Currently, I'm going through immense academic and family pressure that I can't endure anymore.

I had a positive experience working with the company. The work environment is supportive, and I had good opportunities to learn and develop my skills. The team members are helpful and cooperative, and the overall work culture is good.

My experience with the student advisory service at UE Amsterdam has been excellent. The team
especially Sujita Rawat was attentive, responsive, and genuinely supportive, guiding me through every stage of the application process. They made sure I had everything I needed and kept me informed at each milestone. It's reassuring to know that the school invests this much in the student experience even before resumption. I'd confidently recommend UE Amsterdam to any prospective student.

First and foremost UE Amsterdam is having great flexibility for student as they can choose various intakes throughout the year according to their personal timings. The staff and supporting team is very great at communication. Especially Mrs Sujita she's been part of the on-boarding journey. Still I haven't got my visa yet but she's helped me in every steps whether it is to be a change of agent, documentation support, or any other queries. Grateful for the services, hopefully every other student will like it just as me. If one thing which may needs some improvement is Student portal. The updates don't get frequently notified there and sometimes it is difficult to log in.

The clear communication and timely advice made the experience great. In particular, Devesh Akhilesh Dwivedi was very helpful and cooperative, always providing prompt and clear responses to my questions, which made the process much less stressful.

The university is doing well in providing structured support and maintaining consistent communication with applicants. One area for improvement could be providing slightly more detailed guidance at the very beginning to make the process even clearer for new students.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend their advisory service to future applicants.

Every aspect is made easy and smooth so there is no stress about anything during the whole process. On top of that they have a very open line of communication (2-way) and are extremely quick to help with unforeseen issues.
