Solar panels and battery from UK Alternative Energy
One of the reasons I decided to go with UK Alternative energy was that they actually came out to look over our property as part of the quote process for solar panels and a battery. Other companies seemed to rely on what they could see on the internet. I was given a date for the installation and everything went to plan. Two roofers and two electricians did the work with virtually everything completed in one day. The system has been operating for nearly two weeks and everything seems fine. I have no hesitation in recommending UK Alternative Energy.

Initially sceptical, but now converts.
We were very sceptical about Air-Source Heat Pumps, but UK AE's installation and the operation of the new system has hugely impressed us, such that we are now converts.
Our system has just had its first annual service and Jay, a most efficient engineer, took me through the process and said our system was super-efficient.
All in all, moving to an ASHP has been a very good experience, and we happily recommend this company.

Great response, professional fitting and commissioning
Great response to assist with a replacement of my solar inverter when it failed.
Inverter arrived early and they even managed to provide me an early replacement date. Technician arrived earlier than expected on fitment date, professionally fitted and commissioned the new inverter in good time. System back online before lunch and only lost 2 weeks of operation.
Outstanding service

Excellent battery system
UK Alternative Energy installed a heat pump for me several years ago. They gave me a very competitive quote when I wanted to add a battery system to my PV panels.
Very pleased with the system, and the engineers did a great job of the installation (on a deathly hot day!), everything perfectly in place, tidied up beautifully, and explained everything. I'm now loving seeing how many trees I'm saving, as well as seeing my electricity meter move at a glacial pace!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for choosing us again.
We’re delighted that, after installing your heat pump several years ago, you trusted us to add a battery system to your existing solar PV installation. It’s wonderful to hear that you’re pleased with the system and that our engineers delivered the high standard of workmanship we strive for—especially while working in such challenging weather!
We’re also glad to hear you’re already enjoying the benefits of your new battery system. Seeing your electricity meter slow to "a glacial pace" and watching the environmental impact of your system are exactly the kind of results we love to hear about.
Thank you once again for your continued support and recommendation. We wish you many years of savings and renewable energy.
