Purchased a product via Groupon, which hasn't arrived. As with many other reviews the tracking information doesn't work because they have used a post code which is not mine. Even if the order has been sent it could be anywhere in an eight mile radius of my house. Their website is also very iffy looking. It's in about three different languages and most of the links don't work. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company should be renamed to " UKNIGHTMAREstore".

Wowcher say item delivered, Evri say item delivered, when I try to trace my still missing order, I am unable to as my Postcode is not the one that this bunch of Cowboys used !!!!

I don't think I have ever made a purchase from such a bad organisation. I bought the product on Living social website. I tried to track an order placed on the 18th August it is now the 27th August.
I finally found a Whatsapp address which I tried to use only to be told to download the app. I also needed to know whether I was dealing with Wowcher or some other trader. As I did not get a confirmation email regarding my order, I do not have any information. I only found out who I am dealing with via my activity page on PayPal I can find no information regarding delivery of my purchase or order number, although the transaction has gone through my PayPal account. Judging from my experience, this must be a very dodgy company

I ordered a memory foam cervical pillow and Paid £7.99 for speedy delivery, pillow had not arrived after 1 week. I contacted customer support and received an automated e mail apologising but telling me parcel was on the way. Two weeks later still nothing received. Same automated email after contacting customer support. After 5 emails and 20 days the package arrived the pillow is absolutely RUBBISH.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ..... Contact is totally remote and same automated wording, there is no one to respond to a refund request. Absolute terrible service.

Never got goods ordered. Wowcher useless. Turns out no contact information on dream store website and no company information which is a legal requirement. Trading standards notified.

I ordered a jewellery set. It took 8 working days to be updated about its delivery status. I’ve been home for the date and time of expected delivery. No-one came and I got a message says it has been delivered. No proof/pic of delivery for me to find the package. Nor did anyone actually come to my door to ring or knock. Nothing.
I’m an idiot for not looking at the reviews first and trusting them. This is clearly a scam. Website is shite too. I should have known. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR TRAP.

Purchased a bag through Wowcher from this company and item was faulty. This was returned as per instruction and the receipt and proof was given. At no time was indicated that they do not want the product back. Now they refuse to pay the return cost and keep passing me to Wowcher. with the same boring sentence Wowcher have been excellent with the initial returns, (great customer service as always). ukdreamstore are a nightmare and according to all the return items out they are responsible for my return costs. I am appalled at their customer service or lack of, I certainly will not be purchasing from them again and neither will my friends as we cannot trust that they will be a positive experience

Goods not received. Ordered a shaver through Groupon, been waiting 7 days to be told that my package has been delivered. Most definitely hasn't been delivered and ring doorbell can prove noone came to the door at the time they stated it was delivered. Wish I'd of read the other reviews before buying from them.

I bought an item using Wowcher, it was around a month until it arrived, WOWCHER refused to help, they blocked me from their Facebook page, because due to the lack of response from them on WhatsApp Instagram Facebook, once I started to do a deeper dive into their company I found out that UKDREAMSTORE is actually a liquidated company according to GOV website.

The fact that Wowcher literally blocked me is hilarious

Wowcher and uk dream store should be avoided at all costs. I made an order and paid for speedy delivery (£8.99) so the bag I ordered was supposed to arrive within 5 working days. It’s now 3 weeks on and I’m still waiting for delivery. The tracking information I was sent did not update until this morning it’s been stuck at “on its way” for 3 weeks. You can’t call wowcher they don’t have a number only WhatsApp. I’m pretty certain it’s a robot replying to you. They don’t care about your order and just repeatedly tell you to wait. Horrendous customer service. They tell you to email uk dream store but that is a waste of time, they send you a standard message basically lying about where the parcel is and to wait. If you ask for a refund they completely ignore you. Just don’t bother it’s clearly a scam or a really bad company, clearly from China, their website says it all really the state of it. Avoid!!!!

I ordered a smart watch band. This was supposed to be waterproof and have a swimming app. Took 3 weeks to come. The plastic piece that goes over the forks had snaped which made it difficult to charge then the prongs broke off. So not only can't I use it. Wowcher have not replied to my emails.

Bought through Wowcher. No product delivered. Tracking stopped about 2.5 weeks ago and communication as now stopped with Wowcher/uk dream store and Evri. DO DONT PURCHASE

I had got a voucher from Wowcher and it lead me to this monstrosity of a company, do not ever use UKdrramstore or Wowcher again. Purchased the product tracking all good u til it stopped updating and was stuck with Evri has your parcel and it sat there for two weeks, I contacted via email no joy , I tried to contact Evri which in turn was also disastrous may I add - sitting here three weeks later - no response from anyone and out the money for the product . Absolute disgrace the three of them -dreamstore,Wowcher and Evri . Them places should be closed down taking peoples hard earned money and not delivering the products . UN dreamstore you should be closed down. Emailed several times to get some crap writtten back to me, I have ask for refunds several times and nothing .

I ordered a pair of vans canvas, and I received every tracking update. It’s been a month now, and I haven’t received anything. If I enter my postcode, it says it’s invalid.

Had some trouble, but bag finally arrived. I'm shocked.

Just exercise caution if buying physical items from Wowcher, Groupon, etc.

Seem like a dodgy company - ordered through Groupon who I finally got a hold of but issue not currently resolved. Received email notification using clearly a fake Evri account as they were calling them Hermes (which they’ve not been known as in years), lied about delivery and had zero proof of delivery available. Only dispatch email I received was from Groupon whereas anywhere else I order from that use Evri I get a separate email from Evri with delivery updates which I did not receive this time. Don't trust Ukdreamstore or even Groupon now as they clearly don’t vet the companies they use very thoroughly. AVOID

Terrible company did not receive my order wish I would have read the reviews first would never purchase anything from them or Wowcher as they should not be dealing with companies like these be warned

I purchased a voucher from Wowcher for a North Face tracksuit, after waiting over a month received a tracksuit with DARTHFACE as the logo. I've asked for a prepaid returns label and am waiting to hear from them. This company is not based in the UK they are Chinese and they operate as if they are in the UK. Avoid buying from them. I will complain to Wowcher if I do not receive a prepaid returns label and see what they say.

No customer service, ordered through Groupon who eventually got back to me but not heard anything back in the last two weeks, the fake Evri account they sent it through lied about delivery, eventually got my parcel but still don't trust Ukdreamstore or Groupon now, will never order from either again and have reported both to PayPal and tried to get Facebook to stop their adverts but Meta just as bad and don't care about scam sites.

BLOODY DISGUSTING..... ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARSI still haven't received my goods
