We have purchased the same flooring from this company on 4-5 occasions. Their service is second to none. We had a small issue with a package being damaged on arrival I contacted them (Anna), provided photo evidence of the damage & Anna arranged a replacement to be sent out immediately

Please just read the review
As the underlay wasn't linked/@advised the flooring broke up within weeks.
I complained and was told I had ordered the wrong underlay, yes I know that now!
I simply ordered the flooring I liked with the best quality underlay they offer.
I was then told I had asked advice on underlay the day I bought it and ignored it, no, I did not and have the email to prove it.
When I checked in May, they now link an underlay that must be used with this flooring. I asked for proof this was linked in January when I ordered it and they've said they can't.
Now had to rip it all up and pay for it all doing again. At least £2000 spent. I could never recommend UK Flooring Direct. Just put everything back on me. Avoid

We have thoroughly reviewed our records and all correspondence relating to your order, and we can confirm that there is no record of any member of our team advising you to use the underlay in question, nor confirming that it was suitable for your flooring.
The underlay used is not the correct product for this flooring, and we therefore cannot accept responsibility for advice that, according to our records, was never given. We take the advice we provide to our customers very seriously and would never knowingly recommend an unsuitable product.
On our website underneath the product our installation guide is linked for every product we sell. The guide states the following:

Install this product with our 1mm Acoustic Vinyl Underlay. Do not use alternatives to the acoustic vinyl underlay unless approved by the manufacturer.
We fully appreciate that you are disappointed with the outcome, but we must be clear and transparent about what our records show. Having reviewed the information available to us, there is no evidence to support the claim that the incorrect underlay was recommended by our team.
