Lovely flooring but very disappointing quality control
Very disappointing experience with UK Flooring Direct. Several packages arrived damaged, and when the flooring was being installed, every packet contained around 4–5 damaged boards, particularly around the edges. All the packets had to be opened and checked, and a significant amount of flooring was unusable. This meant additional flooring had to be used, resulting in unnecessary waste and extra cost.
It’s a real shame, as the flooring itself is lovely and looks great once installed, but the condition it arrived in made the overall experience very disappointing. I have requested a partial refund to reflect the damaged flooring and additional material required.

While we are glad you like the final appearance of the floor, it is deeply disappointing that the delivery condition fell so far short of expectations.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Happy to call and email you multiple times a day to get your order, however when you have an issue, customer service is non-existant.
The Flooring i purchased is defective and multiple sections will not click together and remain in place. The ones that do, end up bowing.
Rasied a complaint and have now spent almost 2 weeks attempting to get a refund, emails ignored for days on end.
Have had to go to trading standards to raise a complaint into the matter and now seek a refund under the consumer rights act.
Very dissapointing that I am having to waste my time chasing a refund, getting trading standards involved and now my house is in a state of disrepair.

Damaged flooring
I ordered 4 boxes of flooring. Unfortunately three of the boxes were damaged. The return method is fairly straight forward but the customer services do not get back to you very quickly. Now have to wait a further 10 days to have the replacement sent!
