I needed an adapter for Asus ROG and Asus informed me that they do not sell adapters separately. I ordered the adapter from this website and received it within 5 days from China, that was impressive. 2 of 5 days was a weekend.
The new adapter resolved my problem, my laptop is charging properly now.
The seller kept me informed about the delivery status, I received an email with a tracking number. My order was shipped via Ervi, and PayPal was informed about the shipment too.
The "original" adapter for my Asus ROG was made in China as well, so, I received an identical replacement and it works well.

Got a non-original laptop adapter, which died after a couple months.

(Also, like others, I got tricked by the website url, thinking it was an UK shop. It's not.)

Don't buy from them.

I have amended my review because I have just received the charger, it took a little longer than if the company had been in the UK as their name suggests but 5 days from order to delivery isnt bad. The charger works so im happy . I do think the company should change its name to Hong Kong Laptops and highlight a fixed delivery time so people can order with confidence. From my point of view if you are not in the UK you should not call yourselves a UK company as yes you may get the orders but you are going to get a lot of angry customers!

I was afraid. I've read reviews after I ordered and paid for a laptop charger. Thankfully, the charger has been delivered and is in fact, a genuine Lenovo one. Works well. Customer service was blazingly fast.

This is a scam Chinese company. When I contacted customer service for a confirmation email, they said "We just checked the shopping process and didn't find any issues with your screenshot. Can you exit your account and place a new order?", so clearly trying to get more money out of me. Luckily PayPal cancelled this for me.

Ordered a Dell replacement battery. Similar to others I thought this was a UK based company ( should have done my due diligence). The part took a month to arrive, tracking was all but useless and any emails to the company resulted in a screenshot of the tracking site. I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with this company.

The good - laptop charger arrived in 5 days, it fits my Alienware X17 R2, and it works (so far).

The bad - from the picture and description on the product page I was led to believe it will be the NEW - SLIM GaN 330w charger. That's why it was disappointing to see the old X17 R1 style brick in the box. It will be used as the secondary charger when moving laptop between places, so it's not that bad for my usage scenario, but there are plenty of these big old bricks from more reputable sellers - and CHEAPER.

As it was specifically advertised as X17 R2 charger (all R2's come slim chargers afaik.), and the first picture was slim GaN charger on the product page (Didn't check ALL the pictures. My bad.), I consider it a deceptive business practice, and won't ever order anything from them again.

Even was mistake by post my charger arrived and more time I ordered from here and finally got it all the time.
For me the parts were OK.
Also prompt communication.

Was looking for a replacement charger for a relatively new laptop. Couldn't find OEM charger for sale anywhere, not sure ASUS sell spares, so decided to take a risk on this website, even though the reviews aren't great.

It's true as other users say that the company is based in China, but it's not a scam: I instantly got a confirmation email, the charger was shipped using a reputable logistics company, a tracking number was provided which worked, and it arrived 6 days after ordering, in the Royal Mail post, very neatly packaged in a little box.

The charger I got wasn't an OEM one (which aren't for sale anywhere), it's ever so slightly different in outward appearance to the original, but the amps/volts/watts/polarity are all correct and it fits into my laptop. Importantly, it works!

I didn't deal with their customer service or returns policy at all, because I didn't have to, but I imagine that could be difficult to coordinate with a company that is based overseas.

I would recommend this company, for the simple reason that they delivered the thing I ordered, very promptly, and for a good price.

Not a UK laptop parts company, parts won't be sent from the UK, but from China instead - also not original parts.

They delivered a wrongly advertised, non-original product and refuse to pay for return!!!
At the same time they suggest to buy a different product from them, that is supposed to be the correct one.....sure, I waste another £100 to get scammed again....

Ridiculous wannabe excuses via email with no intent to help, instead they blame the customer for their false advertisement.

Not a UK company as advertised, battery isn’t accepted by the laptop so not even good quality copies. And not giving a refund, requesting that we deliver the battery back to them in China first

They're cheap for a reason - not genuine parts, not as described or as pictured on the website.

Total scam. Have asked for a full refund under their 30-day money back guarantee. We'll see if I get a reply...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company are based in either China or Taiwan and are tricking UK customers into thinking they're UK-based with the misleading .co.uk address, UK in their name and event signing off emails with western names such as "Justin." It's devious and worrying and should be reported to Trading Standards. How this is allowed is beyond me. Don't get fooled by the cheap prices (like i did.)

I've had a constant stream of spam emails since i made an order with them which would suggest they use our data to sell on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This isnt a UK company and everything you buy is coming from abroad. They also use Hermes delivery so you never get the item. When contacting them they just fob you off buy telling you to contact Hermes (another impossible task). Stay clear and save your money and time.

Item fine. Communication good but a little disjointed at times. For example requested delivery after the Christmas period but it was not explianed how long delivery takes. Overall a good experience and would purchase again

I bought a replacement battery for my dell laptop in April 2022. The price was fair and service good to get it delivered. I also got a 1 year warranty with the product. However, my battery hasn't lasted. In November 2022 the battery suddenly went to zero and came up with the replace battery warning again. I have asked for a refund of the product (as a minimum) and also as a courtesy reimbursement for the cost to have it installed. The only compensation I have been offered is £20. So in just 6 months I am back to square one and need a new battery! Total waste of money and time!

Very good price, clearly identified the product and supplied an OEM part. I love they included the required tools with the battery to make replacement very easy in the laptop. Delivery takes a while, but worth the wait. I would use them again.

The company checked my order to ensure I got the right connector. The adapter, unavailable from Dell, then was imported from the Far East in very fair time. Good communications. The price was remarkably reasonable.

Passing off as a UK outfit. They're actually in China/Taiwan, have no published contact info other than an email address on their website, claim that there is no "sales tax" to pay because their goods have "no commercial value" etc. Not convinced that the batteries they advertise as being Dell are genuine. Only positive is they refunded as soon as I cancelled the order.

I should have read the reviews. This company is pants.
You might be lucky, and get a working product (eventually - the shipper they use seems to have a bactrian camel to carry the goods along the old Silk Road it takes so long to arrive). Or you might be as unsuccessful as me, and receive a non-working product, in which case they will answer on the second or third time you complain, and ask you to return the faulty item at your own expense, postage being a significant proportion of the price of the product (and I've just clarified, they don't refund the price of return postage).
If you can find your accessory anywhere else, then don't take a chance
