Wish I'd read these before I ordered from this crap company, but I call yourself UK laptop accessories and your not anything UK, I you don't respond to emails but take the money ASAP. I would even mind the fact its 2 months since I ordered if you would respond to emails. I have DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a battery for my Dell Laptop. It took over three weeks to arrive. In such a serious case of COVID-19, I can understand that the package will be delayed. The battery works well. I'm about to order another for a different laptop.

As said this is a Chinese company not based in the UK.
Received a replacement charger for my Dell laptop.
It worked for about 3 weeks then packed up. I have had to order a replacement from Dell.
AVOID!!!!

Fake HP charger, dangerously overheating - AVOID

Ordered a replacement laptop charger for HP. Bad copy that did not work, stopped using to prevent it damaging my laptop. Contacted them for refund.....no reply.
Delivery also took 10days after I realised they were not in fact in the UK!!!
Avoid.

First of all was severely pissed off to find out after ordering that a company called UKlaptopaccessorys.co.uk is actually based in China not the UK therefore delivery took over a week when I wanted it as soon as possible as my laptop no longer works... Second of all the website claims all parts are original manufacturer, however it is not identical but in fact is about 30% larger in size than the original from Asus and the text is copied as close as possible but slightly wrong so therefore it isn't the original charger and infact a copy. Thirdly check the fuse supplied with the charger as the charger is a 2.5 amp charger supposed to be fitted with a 3 amp fuse however it was supplied with a 13 amp fuse which would explain the reviews saying the chargers exploded, burnt out ect...

The only positive thing I can say from my experience is that the charger works for now and looks to be a very high quality copy.

The company needs taking down and name changing to stop decieving people and the expected delivery needs to be posted on the website not informed after purchase it's coming from mainland China with a risk of import tax at your front door.

Ordered a Dell laptop battery and was informed within the hour that delivery would be 15-25 days which was too long as I needed the battery urgently. I requested a refund as this was too long and again within the hour they refunded my payment. They were honest about delivery time and refunded as soon as I said this didn't work for me.

Don't bother with this website, read the reviews before buying!

I never received the laptop battery I purchased and ended wasting time and effort writing messages to seller and paypal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Fraudulent company selling counterfeit products. Trading falsely under UK website but trading out of China selling fake goods that potentially can cause fire and explosive risks.

Will not refund without you returning first at a cost of £19 and then refusing to pay even though they agreed to pay return postage. Avoid at all costs.

I will be reporting them to the authorities and suggest you do the same if you have also been a victim.

Ordered a laptop charger from these guys in a hurry to try and get my work laptop back in working condition.

I found it strange that there was no choice of delivery service in checkout but was in too much of a hurry to think too much about it and besides, the name implies it's a UK company, which it is not. Once I placed my order I wanted to confirm my gut feeling and checked their Delivery page.

'UK Laptop Accessories' ships from Hong Kong.

Seller proceeded to ignore all 3 of my emails requesting an order cancellation (which were sent days before the order was processed and shipped) and shipped it anyway.

Seller tried to ignore me again when the item arrived 2 weeks later and I tried to return it. I had to go through PayPal claims which ended up going nowhere anyway as seller demanded item be shipped back to Hong Kong - and going off the other reviews I'd just waste more money on shipping because he'd take the delivery and not return my money. Decided it might be easier to sell this on again on eBay or something.

Seller was also very rude and asked me "do you not know how to write an email" when told their website contact form doesn't work.

I have never been so appalled in my 2 years working at a repair centre, this company has been the most uncooperative, rude, and inconsiderate people they were also the biggest waste of our companies time. Usually we would not take the time to write a review but we have just been so frustrated being ignored and being sent dead parts over and over again. We used this company once for the first time about a month ago and ordered a laptop battery that was DOA we then asked for some help from them to send us a working battery in exchange for the dead one back. It took them 3 weeks to get back to us and they were still not helpful at all, they were extremely rude and short and did not offer any condolences or help, extremely bad service! When we finally got them to help us which was a battle might I add, they sent us another battery as we were still hopeful they would do right by us, today after wasting our time for over a month now and also wasting our customers time we received the new battery. This battery was also DOA even after asking them to pat-test the battery before sending it to us they still sent us a faulty part. We as a company understand that faulty parts can be sent on accident but we expect good customer service if this is the case, the company has a lack of this and just don't care about people or what they sell. They clearly have no pride in where they work/ the work they do. I am going to be asking for a refund after all this time wasted, we clearly should of done more research before buying parts from them! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Slightly disturbed about all these negative reviews. Certainly, the website suggests it's a UK company. My order was misplaced, but the communication was good from the seller and soon 're-ordered'. Goods arrived a few days later than expected, but the tracking site was accurate and helpful. Have placed my laptop next to the fire extinguisher in the kitchen - so far, it's not been needed.

Better spend double less money ordering items from china by yourself, instead of paying them for it. What a shame, how you can even whrite uk in your url.

I wish I had read some of the other reviews before placing an order.
Before ordering I asked if the battery for my Dell laptop was genuine and was assured it was. But the battery I received was definitely not a Dell battery. I was told to remove the labels as they put them over the top to get it though customs. I did this but still no Dell logo.
They have told me that I can return the battery but I need to post it to China. The original packaging has as UK address on it.
I have since found out that they ship the good into the country at a declared value of $10 to avoid paying import duty, so that means there is no VAT being paid either. This is a quote from an email.

"OK. Please return it back to below address and mark the declared value of the charger as $10. Then we will not pay the duty. We did the same for you. we will resolve this trouble for you once we receive the returned parcel, thanks."

I think I will have to put this one down to experience.

I ordered a battery, it never arrived. It has been over a months since my order, I am not expecting anything to arrive and I am not expecting a refund.

I have had one response from the company to say that it was held in customs but they have not replied to any of my emails since.

The website made out like it is a UK company but seems like it is not.

The website appeared to suggest it would be delivered "next day" but that is not the case.

This company appears to lack integrity and I advise buying from a different company.

Dell laptop battery
I ordered a Dell replacement battery for my daughter laptop and the 1st battery stopped working after 2 months. After I contacted the company they have replaced it with another. It was replaced without any trouble and I did not have to send old battery back. I hope this battery will last longer.

Good customer service!

My first parcel did not arrive which might have been an issue with the courier not being able to find my address. I contacted customer service and quickly received a reply confirming that another parcel has been sent. Arrived quickly and contents were as described.
