WARNING ⚠️ Carparks managed absolutely…
WARNING ⚠️ Carparks managed absolutely disgracefully. One of my tyres was on the white line (not over it I might add - as the signage states!) and next to a walkway, as I had a car with children next too me, and they needed the space. Appealed the predatory fine, UKPC are completely unscrupulous. Website is insecure and blocked by security protocols. Funny how it also wouldn't recognise my number to submit an appeal, but would accept it if I was willing to pay. Absurd and illegal. Agreed to pay by post and they are currently denying they've received it at the address given!!! I won't be shopping in stores who trust these horrible leeches with management of parking again. Disgusting, unfair and so so unnecessary! Nasty taste in mouth after dealing with these crooks.
BEng accused of parking somewhere for…
BEng accused of parking somewhere for nearly 2 hours when I was literally 10minutrs
Want proof of my visit but have no receipt of the shop I went into..,
They are an absolute joke,
No contact with them over the telephone
So more time wasted trying to appeal again
Greed !!!!
Tried to rob me of £60
Absolutely disgraceful company! I was sent a parking charge for parking outside a bay at a car park I regularly use, the picture that came with the notification was not clear at all, so, I wondered how I could check, the letter stated there were additional pictures if i went to the website and put in the reference number and my car reg. There were 8 pictures, picture 7 clearly showed that my car was easily within the parking bay! Obviously i appealed and won but, had i not checked the additional pictures and paid the fine/charge I would have been £60 out of pocket to a fraud!! I didn't receive an apology! My advice to EVERYONE is to check all pictures to be absolutely sure before you pay and my advice to the company is to employ people who can see white lines and to check before trying to rip people off!
Misleading evidence, flawed processes, and no accountability
My experience with UKPC has been extremely poor. They issued a PCN based solely on ANPR timestamps, which do not represent the “period of parking” required by law. They also provided incorrect information during the appeal, including claiming I had appealed as the driver when I had clearly appealed as the keeper.
Despite raising these issues in detail, UKPC ignored the factual inaccuracies and procedural problems. I ultimately paid the charge purely to avoid the disproportionate cost and stress of potential litigation - not because I accept liability. I requested a refund on a no‑admission basis, but UKPC declined to address any of the legal points raised.
This company relies on automated systems, questionable evidence, and a process that seems designed to grind people down. I would strongly advise avoiding parking on land managed by UKPC.
On a boiling hot day I parked at…
On a boiling hot day I parked at gateway parking Trowbridge. I had checked that it had a lift as I am 78 years and was carrying my little dog to the groomers. On arrival I saw that the lift wasn’t working so I would have to carry my dog down four flights of stairs five a piece
I did so and had to carry her back up when finished I was totally exhausted. Looked where to pay and was told that you have to pay downstairs. I knew that I would never make up down and up again and it was too hot to leave my dog in the car. I tried to pay with my cell from a payment board but unfortunately as a first time just couldn’t do it. I had to leave no option I did receive a fine I appealed as I felt I had no choice but ofcourse it was declined. Why do they waste your time in saying that you can appeal? I would love to know how many appeals are favourable. These places must assume responsibility if like in my case I was depending on a lift but theirs was not working and on speaking to others seemingly this is common place for it to be out of order
UKPC RIP OFF!!
Parked at The Range on Bursledon Rd on 06/06/2026 in a Disabled spot with D/Badge, which I have done many times in past, never have I ever had any problems.
Today 22/06/2026 I get a letter from UKPC saying I overstayed at M Park Antelope Car Park, which says 2hrs 51mins.
I know how UKPC operate so just paid the damn fine, BUT I WILL NEVER SHOP @ THE RANGE EVER AGAIN, from now on I will go elsewhere.
I am disabled and use a walking stick, I frequently have to stop to allow pain in my lower back and nerve pain in my legs subside before moving on, I have also suffered a severe heart attack a few years ago and have to take things slowly.
This treatment by UKPC is outrageous to a disabled person, I hope they all rot in hell.

Disgusting as a disabled driver with a badge who had a medical emergency I was forced to park on yellow lines for 17 minutes to sort myself before driving off .all disabled bays were full without displaying blue badges. I was unable to contact anyone to arrange a payment plan and none of my letters calls nor emails were ever answered, although I was wrong to park to continue driving was dangerous scum of the earth company.
Scam Parking Company!!!!!
Id actively avoid these cark parks at all cost
Company has scam tactics of waiting 13 days to send you a ticket that has 14 day "discount" on it. Whilst it's own parking "wardens" park over two spaces all day. Will not be using there car parks in future
They deserve nothing
They deserve nothing
I had medical emergency had to park and where I parked belong to local supermarket in the store they helped me and I was there 18 mins and later on ticket arrived I spoke to store they didn't even know they activated the camera even themselves get tickets council decision installed cameras.
I contacted them ukpc
They said I haven't paid they don't care I had medical emergency type 1 diabetic and I was struggling to get to shop to get aid i told the contact to supermarket or even check the cameras see I was genuinely sick but no care and I think they don't even read any appeals if they do they have common sense to understand the why I had to park there for 18 mins .😞
My son was in the back with his grandma!
I received a letter today , for parking in a child spot, when my son was sat in the back of the car with his grandma? This is highly ridiculous. And I would like a response ASAP. I am not writing a letter for you to keep adding charges!!
What a joke! I couldn’t believe it when I opened the letter just now!!
How many other people have you scammed doing this?
91 seconds...£60
My wife ran into the doctors surgery to drop off some sharps for disposal, I waited in a yellow box for 91 seconds (less time to write this review) and received a £60 fine. I waited there so as not take up a usable space or block the road way but UKPC didn't take this into account and rejected my appeal. Spoke to POPLA to decide if I should risk escalating (fine would rise to £100 if unsuccessful) but they were equally as useless. Obviously UKPC won't bother reading this but if my review helps others to avoid a fine for this reason it's worth writing. Avoid parking in these car parks if you can folks, they are ruthless, cash grabbing scoundrels.
UKPC are new to our village car park…
UKPC are new to our village car park (Kingsmead, Cheshire). Parking is set at 90mins, but you can add license plate details on ipads in businesses where you would need more time.
I was fined £60 prior to the ipads arriving in those outlets, and despite providing the evidence of being at the hairdressers, they have settled at £20 - why do I have to pay when they weren't set up?!? Looks like their admin charge!
A no star review.
Disgusting company even for a parking firm, I would have given no stars if I was able to.
I parked in a disabled bay and displayed my blue badge, upon leaving my car l looked around to see if there were any signs informing me of anything else I should do, there were none, so l left my car and got on with my day, a few days later l got a letter informing me that l had violated their parking terms and l was going to be fined £60, l immediately appealed but of course they dismissed it straight away, l tried to complain but they make it impossible, certainly can't speak to someone over the phone. lt feels like l have been scammed.
The experience was very poor and unable…
The experience was very poor and unable to speak to person to have issue resolved ended up paying £170 unnecessary parking fine. Only received the second letter with £100 parking fine and the third one £170. My complaint was not dealt appropriately, I paid £6 for the whole day parking at Power Court Luton which is reflecting on my bank statement. Receiving letters with threats when you have paid your dues shows lack of professionalism and disregard to customers.
Disgusting company that ripped off me
I have received a parking fine yesterday via post for overstaying at the carpark 13 minutes more than should have. THIRTEEN!!!!
Tried to call the line to discuss and appeal this decision, however, SURPRISE-SURPRISE they don't take appeals and complaints via phone, as they are probably aware that they are scammers and earning money in the most awful way.
Absolutely disgusting service and horrible company that is earning money on charging people for little more time that they spent at the car park.
The rating on Trustpilot and Google maps is not surprising too.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Parked my car and displayed my badge…
Parked my car and displayed my badge its an electric car no great dashboard, Get a fine for non display of badge but their evidence is a picture of my number plate, happy to go to court, They then on appeal advise i owe them £20
don't think so i either did the "offence" or did not !!!
Zero empathy for pregnant mothers - predatory and automated
At 27 weeks pregnant and with a toddler in tow, the retail park bays were far too narrow for me to safely exit my car. I parked safely at the very end of a row without blocking a soul but happened to be 5cm over the line. Despite providing my official MatB1 medical proof and store receipt, UKPC rejected my appeal with a robotic, cookie-cutter response. They have absolute zero common sense or human decency. I only paid the £60 to avoid further stress and hassle leading up to having my baby, but their predatory business model is a complete disgrace. Avoid if you can. Absolute jobs worth parking wardens trying to meet their quota.
Fined for a space I have a permit for
Got given a parking fine for a space that I have a yearly permit for. Sent over the Parking ID number that links to the permit and they stated this is not enough evidence. After sending many screenshots and three emails back and fourth of evidence, showing I have paid for the space for a year, they let me off of the fine.
I cannot believe a car parking company…
I cannot believe a car parking company is doing this to there customers. Words cannot comprehend what they are doing. I have had 3 tickets for parking in a gym where I was allowed to park and also the times are also an issue as well. Even emailed there info email address, only to be told they don't accept appeals via this email. But it was also a complaint. I have now contacted my local MP for support in the matter.
Parasites!
Parasites!
Awful company. parked at a Macdonalds to catch up with a friend & overstayed limit (didn't realise there was one-why would there be?). Was a customer throughout spending quite a lot on money & proved it but they aren't interested, just wan their money.
Will not use that Macdonalds again (shame on them) so doesn't help business either.
Car park is never busy & not at 8am especially & is surrounded by other places with bigger car parks including a shopping centre where you get 4 hours free!
No need for the car park to be monitored at all let aloe by such a horrible company
