Awful service
Awful, awful, awful. I ordered the posters on 29th July and was promised delivery between 4th and 5th August. I checked the tracking yesterday (6th August) and it told me the posters were ready for delivery and still quoted 4th - 5th August. I now see that they are with Royal Mail and I will get them on the 10th August. These posters were for my grandkids who are visiting the UK and go back home tomorrow (8th August), sadly without the posters. They are disappointed, I am furious.
