I think that your R+D department need to have a "new and inproved" shakeup, what have they done to krackerwheat, what must surely have been a best seller has certainly plummeted to rock bottom, please admit that you got it wrong and bring back the original krackerwheat

Agree with all the other contributors here, KrackaWheat are now KrapaWheat. Favourite biscuits unavailable at Christmas, now relaunched but awful.

Need to rebrand these, 'Kardboardwheat'!
Used to be my favourite with a bit of Red Leicester, more tasteless than cream cra(p)ckers now.
Won't be buying again!

What have you done to Krackawheat?! They are a completely different cracker and are absolutely awful. They should be marketed as a new product line rather than passed off as what used to be the No.1 cracker. Shame on you.

So disappointed with new Krackawheat. Used to be my favourite but ruined. Never mess with a successful recipe! You won’t see Heinz changing their tomato soup, chicken soup or ketchup. Why? Cos they’re perfect! Krackawheat used to be. Now very mediocre!

Krackawheat used to be my favourite biscuit to have with cheese. I remember it being 20p when I was a student. It is hard to believe that such an intrinsic part of my diet has been removed... and replaced by tasteless cardboard!

KrackaWheat, your change of recipe has reduced this wonderful cracker to something which is in no way close to the original. What on earth were you thinking of?
Please, bring back the original.

I agree with all the comments regarding krackerwheat. I shall not buy these again, they have always my favourite, what a shame.

It is very disappointing to purchase twiglets; which when eaten taste nothing like they used to.

The flavour has gone and unless the original recipe is restored will never again be purchased by me or my extended family.

Very very sad situation.

Krackawheat new recipe awful never buy another packet

Like most people who have bought the new recipe Krackawheat, I found them to be disgusting, and have thrown the rest of the packet away.
I contacted Jacob's who informed me that they had no alternative but to change the recipe and reduce the salt content of the product, this is an instruction from the Food Standards Agency. So folks you now know who to blame.

What was the reasoning behind the recipe change of Krackawheat? As others have said if it isn't broke don't fix it. Please please please bring back the original.

It's not only the packaging and shape they have changed but the recipe too they taste disgusting. I thew the whole packet away after eating just one of them, unless they go back to the original recipe I will not be buying any more and from what I have read neither will quite a few people.

A name change wouldn’t be a problem for any product, but after many years of producing Twiglets for those that enjoyed them, it appears they will be coming to an end due to their total change in flavour.
I ( like many others) will no longer be buying them if they don’t revert to their original taste.

It has a burnt taste and most twiglets looks burnt leaving an awful aftertaste. When I tried the first pack I thought this pack was from a burnt batch. But when I read the reviews I understood that it's the way they make it. Why would anyone make such a crap and market it?

Really, really not good, all I could taste was salt. I won’t be buying again.

Krackawheat and Twiglets - two of my all time favourites - are now so unrecognisable in taste since the ‘improvements’ made to their recipes. Rank, absolutely rank. Stale even before being opened and then devoid of any flavour or appealing texture. Sad times!
