What the f... have Jacobs done to KrackaWheat? Do they have any taste? Yes! They taste like they've been in an opened packet in the back of the cupboard for six months! Why try to mend something that wasn't broken? We never ate any other crackers but will not be buying KrackaWheat again. Jacobs have scored a huge own goal! YUK!

Well, I bought 3 packets of Krackawheat being my favourite biscuit for cheese. First pkt went in bin thinking stale & tasteless. Second pkt binned. I’ve written to company to complain thinking bad batch but now came over above reviews and agree 100%, absolutely disgusting! Why do companies need to change what is good, guessing cardboard cheaper to make😡

I totally agree with all the comments, the crackers are disgusting!!!. I wrote to mcvities in August to tell them, they said they had done a survey and that is now what people want... It's a healthier option, it's certainly not for us we never buy them again.

New Krakawheat are awful - insipid cardboard

The recipe has changed so much that we will never purchase again. Tasteless cardboard, I would rather eat the packet they came in.

I loved the original kracker weat in the orange pkt when I could not find them anywhere I bought the one in blue pack omg tasteless like eating old krackers please can we have the original ones back

Oh the disappointment of the new version. I wonder what Mr Jacobs would have thought. Not buying again.

Jacobs Crackerwheat have been my favourite crackers for years. They were out of stock for a while then back in new packaging. I bought some but they were inedible. Slightly soggy like old stale crackers and flavourless like eating cardboard. I’m going to have to throw the rest away. What a loss - they were so delicious before the recipe was changed. I think they will have to stop manufacturing - no one will buy this new version it’s awful 😞

Jacobs Krackawheat, I agree with the other reviews, these were my go to crackers but now they are absolutely awful, tasteless and its like eating stale cream crackers, Wont be buying them again. Please return to the original recipe.

They just can't help themselves meddling in stuff.
Krakerwheat are now total shat my go to cracker for many years now obsolete

One of my favourate snacks is Twiglits.
Being that they are now oven Baked they are no way like the Original Twiglets no taste what so ever. I bought a multi pack had one packet the rest went in the bin.Bring back the Original Twiglets. Untill i see these on sale again i will not be purchasing any more

These were my husband's favourite cracker but he now hates them and everything that has been said before is true. I tried one myself to check and it was truly awful. Please reinstate your original recipe.

These were my favourite crackers and now the are least …why on earth did you change them they were so nice and now they are completely tasteless .such a shame.
Please can you put them back to their original recipe

Another vote for bringing back the old Krackawheat, the new one is awful.

I have to agree with the many others who share my disappointment in Jacobs Krackawheat. What have you done they are horrible, tasteless and bland. They also seem to be stale straight from the packet. Can't say I will be buying these any more.

Absolute sacrilege they have messed with Krackawheat. The Rolls Royce of biscuits for cheese. Now they recommend dipping then in a boiled egg! Who are these people?
Why did we need a new recipe? Krackawheat is now horrid. I’d rather eat MOD biscuits brown.

Why on earth have they changed the recipe of Krackawheat? They are now quite disgusting. I bought 3 packets of the old ones on Amazon as advertised and when they arrived they were the new ones! Needless to say they all went in the bin. I don't understand why they need to change a recipe so now no-one likes them.

Krackwheat, formerly the best cracker on the market, are now pale, bland, shadows of their former selves. Previously deliciously salty they now taste of sadness and despair. At least if they -had- been seasoned with the tears of former happy customers they’d at least be a little salty.

The new Krackawheat flavour can only be described as horrid. The new crackers are thick, pale and taste like cardboard. Clearly there was no market research done on these as they’d never have gone into mass production. In a drive to reduce cost United have cut out everything that makes these crackers taste great. Going straight in the bin never to be bought again. United should refund every customer who has the misfortune of buying a packet.

Oh no ! What has happened to Krackawheat. I actually thought I’d bought the wrong product .
Awful now 😞 these were my favourite ever crackers ! I won’t buy again …Please change back to original.
