TUC Biscuits make it impossible to complain and seeing the ratings I can see why. No responses to calls or email and as usual blame Covid. (wearing thin and milking the situation!)4 packs each broken in half all the way through in such a uniform way way that must have been done in the automated packing line. TUC YUK. Who is writing the good reviews? Employed marketeers?

Bought a six pack of Jacob's mini cheddars (ploughman's flavour) and in there was one empty packet.
On closer inspection, I found the packet had a manufacturing defect where there was insufficient plastic material to create a seal so the contents had spilled into the larger, 6-pack plastic container and would so easily be contaminated.
I raised my concern with UB/Jacobs over 2 months ago and to date, have not received a single response.
I find it hard that a food company of this size would or should ignore this manufacturing defect - had the packet been opened by a toddler do you think they would have NOT eaten those loose, contaminated mini-cheddars?!?

What an absolute joke bought tubs of cheeselets for Christmas as always do this year all are less than half filled be better of getting a bag.Gready people getting greadier absolutely disgusting.

Jacobs mini cheddars, congratulations on your six pack of red Leicester flavour, the taste is awesome.

It's really a shame we have to give a star as I don't think they deserve any, customer service is non existent as they come up with all kinds of excuses, it's never their fault, it's something you've done or the problem lies with your local retailer, vouchers they send you are totally useless, they sell great products but customer service is just a name, just to give someone a job.

TUC cheese sandwich biscuits were once delightful. Full of delicious tangy cheese wedged in between two divine melt in your mouth biscuits. What on earth have you done to them????? Tasteless and minuscule amount of "cheese" between two equally tasteless and hard crackers. These people assume the customer is thick and wont notice. Well wrong again Jacobs because (a) I obviously will never buy this garbage again and (b) will purposely avoid buying ANYTHING manufactured by United Biscuits... so well done you!!

I bought a bag of six packs of twiglets from a supermarket online. The twiglets were solid and difficult to eat. I complained to United Biscuits and sent the twiglets back to them and sent photographs etc as requested by them. In a letter to me they say that “it is very disappointing when we occasionally fail to meet our high quality standards”. They enclosed a voucher for £3 which can only be used at supermarkets in person and not online etc. When I complained that as we never visit a supermarket we would be unable to use the voucher and could they instead send me a packet of twiglets they responded that I could not have a replacement pack of twiglets because “extensive research also has to be carried out to identify the level of consumer appeal “ presumably for a replacement pack of twiglets.
You might think that as I had bothered to send the offending pack of twiglets back to them they could have considered sending me a new pack back. I assume that this is a case of the computer says no !!!!

Tried mcvitiesdigestives cherry bakewell's disgusting!could not tell what they tasted of but it certainly was not cherrybakewell I perceived with them hoping I might get to like them it has taken me over a month to get through 1 pkt never again

I decided to treat myself to the mini chedders as I eat the bigger chedders in the smokey flavour and the plain flavour. But wow these mini chedders in the Red Leicester flavour are brilliant and very tasty I liked them that much that I went back to my local shop and bought 10 more bags of them. These Red Leicester chedders are a knockout I wish there was a Pilgrims choice flavour and a cathedral city flavour. Plus any other stronger flavours of cheese. These chedders go down well with a cold glass of cider

I love cheese sandwich biscuits. Have done for years.
What a disappointment that the biscuits now just fall apart as they have made the filling so thin it doesn't hold the biscuits together. I know this is due to cost cutting but come on guys this won't hold sales.

Just had my first bag of baked crinkles, must say very pleasant. Nice to have a snack that’s not covered in oil.
Well done.

Chocolate thins new packaging.
The old packaging was card throughout about as environmently friendly as possible, with thin airtight plastic wrap. New packaging now plastic tray within thicker silvered plastic airtight seal.
This is opposite to the direction most responsible companies are taking in reducing plastic.

Love your cheddars but you need to improve the

What have you done to Chocolate Digestives. The biscuit is pale, tasteless and is stale; although there is a month until Best Before. I will rely on Aldi in future.

Custard Creams - NEW RECIPE.
One of my favourite biscuits but this new recipe is AWFUL. The biscuits are almost white and have no flavour. Will now be buying a supermarket “own brand”
Why oh why do they haveto spoil a long cherished biscuit?!!!!!!!!

Bought ten boxes of Go Ahead bars recently (during COVID I buy in bulk). The pastry was rock hard and inedible. UB customer service was terrible, very unhelpful, and didn’t seem to believe me even though I sent them a photo of my boxes. They asked me to send the boxes back to them by post (why?) and just seemed to want to make my life difficult. The message is clear: if you get any problems with their biscuits, don’t bother reporting it.

Edit: ok fair enough, today I received a written apology and £10 worth of vouchers. I wish they had been a bit more friendly from the beginning. Customers taking the time to report defective products and give honest feedback are doing these businesses a big favour, and a more appropriate response would have been something along the lines of ‘Thanks for your feedback, we will send you some vouchers by way of an apology. In the meantime, if it’s not too much trouble, and if you still have the packaging, could you send us some photos?’

Totally loved your new VIBs. Particularly the orange flavour, but a recent price hike of 30 p has taken them off my list. Foolish to outprice yourselves unless it is the retailer ... Tesco.... who would be more likely to listen to you than me.

Wherever purchased, Asdas, Tescos, Home Bargains they always have upto 30% of biscuits broken.

However, do not waste your time to either make suggestions or complaints - because you will probably never hear anything further.
