We used to have great water
We used to have great water. That changed earlier this year when the village was switched to a different supply. Its dreadful. So much lime scale its destroyed every thing. We now have to use bottles of water or the filter jug to drink. We get bouts were the water smells like pure bleach and lets not forget the pressure,which is none existent. All that and then have your bills put up. Bravo united utilities,bravo

Been going on for a while m we have had…
Been going on for a while m we have had to pay hundreds of pounds out to a plumber. To be told, it is the water pressure. Several phone calls, to no avail. Just to add,the young ladies I spoke with tried the best to help and were very pleasant and polite. Situation still not resolved. Unfortunately. We are both pensioners,both worked for over 50 years. Please try and resolve this ongoing water pressure issue.m

The person I spoke to think it was Becky, was polite and courteous, listened to my problem and agreed to refer it to another dept,who would ring back the next day this happened as promised and the situation resolved

the customer care lady was excellent took time to listen to us and dealt with our query in a very effective way-understood our needs as older people and took the time to explain everything in full - nothing was to much trouble .
