0 stars! Ordered from a vendor that uses UniUni for shipping, received partial shipment, the rest of the order was delivered to some random parking lot. Requested vendor to resend the missing items, they did and it has been out for delivery for 4 days now, it's a joke, and there is nobody to contact in customer service just bots. Very frustrating and there is nothing I can do about it.

Delayed delivery is bad, but the lack of transparency in package status is worse!
My package arrived in my county on 05 Oct, but did not move again until 15 Oct (10 days!). Delivery status was updated on 06 Oct but then not again until 15 Oct (9 days!).
If UniUni is going to sit on a package or temporarily lose it in their system, the minimum they can do is update delivery status on a daily basis to communicate their is an issue with delivery.

UniUni driver dumped my package on the lobby floor and it was subsequently stolen. Package was in full view of anyone walking past.

They are the WORST repeat WORST delivery company ever. Zero customer service and horrible drivers. Don't use you will regret it.

This company just needs to shut down. Absolutely piss poor. This is the 3rd time I've had their delivery service deliver a package and all 3 times have been some bull shit. Claim they can't find my house yet any other delivery company and anyone else coming to my house find it just fine. Current package has been out for delivery the last 5 days in a row and still no package. I hope this company gets shut down soon.

They delivered to the wrong address and when I asked to sort it out they kept pushing the problem away (saying; "I need to talk to the seller" (which isn't their fault)).

First time I heard of this company and I already hate it!

I received notice that my parcel was delivered. Since I live out of town my package is delivered to an office building. The package was not delivered to the office they had 2 pictures one of the outside of the building the other of the parking lot. There is no proof they even went into the building and to the office. When I contacted them they told me to contact the company I purchased it from, which makes no sense as the company supplied the product.

Got a text this morning 7:28. Was given a long tracking number. Tried several times to track unsuccessfully every time. The text asked for buzzer code. It also stated if I didnt respond the package would be returned. I responded right away. After I tried to track , I got nothing. No way to reach support. nice way to start my day! Took pictures of my attempts to track.

My package was marked as undeliverable, but the many cameras I have outside my home prove that no one even came near my driveway that day. I requested a redelivery with Uni's extremely limited chat bot, but the next thing I knew, my delivery was being returned to the vendor instead. Now I have to try to get a refund from the vendor because it's obvious my package will never reach me. How Uni is still in business is a mystery to me.

I had a delivery driver steal my package. Absolute bull shit. Im opening a police report and getting this shitty delivery service shut down. Fucķ you uni uni

I have had only 2 experiences with Uniuni and both of them are dismal. Company just makes up explanations of when the delivery should occur and they never make the delivery. They state they can't find the address but UPS, FedX and the Post Office have no problem many times a week, Any company using these people for delivery services are making a huge mistake because the incompetence of Uniuni only reflects on the company shipping their product. Worst delivery company in history

They are a scam and they’re horrible. I hope this company gets boycotted seriously.

The driver pulled in my driveway and throw package in yard. Not by door or by garage just throw out of car in yard.

As everyone else here seems to be having the same results with this delivering company I 100% now believe it is a scam. I have been waiting over 11 days for an update as to where my package is and have yet to hear anything on it. I contacted the seller and they have been in contact with me but can't get any information on this delivery service.

If I could rate this service a -10, I would as a public service. This business has to be the worst in the nation. I still have not received my item after 3 weeks. In addition, the tracking log indicated two attempted deliveries which never happened. We have a Ring camera and multiple other cameras throughout our property. Don’t order from sellers who use this service.

Company lied said my package couldn't be delivered to the apartment. I explained it was a house not an apartment. Said they would redeliver since it had been sent back to the warehouse. I've tried for months, they will not deliver.

0 Stars. E-commerce companies, PLEASE DO NOT USE this company!! I ordered from a company I've purchased from many times and they have apparently switched from USPS to UniUni and I guess I will never see my package. The tracking on the UniUni website is a joke and as many reviewers have pointed out, just a bunch of lies - they never tried to deliver and the address isn't incorrect as their tracking indicates. There is no real support on their site. This is causing me stress and if the package never shows up or is damaged, I'll get to spend even more time trying to get a refund. And while this is happening, I could have purchased the exact same product from dozens of other stores and I would already have it.

I ordered a shirt from prAna on October 4, and received an email from Uniuni on October 10 confirming a delivery to my home address. The “delivery confirmation” email contains a photo of my package, in a box with other packages, with no identifying location. The email was sent at 2:04 pm, but the email nonsensically claimed the package was delivered at 6:07 pm. No package ever arrived.

Said they attempted to delivery a package and no one was there to receive. The package didn't need a signature. The update was a lie. Still trying to get the company and the original vendor who uses Uni Uni to get a status on my package. This company is terrible, do not use!!

My package has been “out for delivery” for five days now. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and the one time I could get past the bot they responded the following day saying my package was assigned to a new driver that morning and would be delivered soon, that I should be patient because there’s a large volume of packages needing to be delivered. This was like two days ago. If you can’t handle the volume of packages you are receiving then stop intaking such a high volume of packages. Terrible service. Terrible company. I’ve lost all hope of getting my package.

Attempted multiple deliveries at 7:00 am to business that opens at 8:30. Refused to change to home address. Never for package. Terrible customer service
