Said they attempted to delivery a package and no one was there to receive. The package didn't need a signature. The update was a lie. Still trying to get the company and the original vendor who uses Uni Uni to get a status on my package. This company is terrible, do not use!!

My package has been “out for delivery” for five days now. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and the one time I could get past the bot they responded the following day saying my package was assigned to a new driver that morning and would be delivered soon, that I should be patient because there’s a large volume of packages needing to be delivered. This was like two days ago. If you can’t handle the volume of packages you are receiving then stop intaking such a high volume of packages. Terrible service. Terrible company. I’ve lost all hope of getting my package.

Attempted multiple deliveries at 7:00 am to business that opens at 8:30. Refused to change to home address. Never for package. Terrible customer service

Package shows it was delivered picture taken it clearly was not my front door. Unable to speak to anyone or get answers as to where my package is.

Again says package was delivered and it wasn’t. Checked video from ring camera and there was no activity or delivery day and time that they say it was delivered and there is no picture taken to prove it was delivered. Can’t get any answered or help from the company. It’s a dead end with no acceptable results. This company is a scam. Pissed I’m a senior citizen in a fixed income I don’t have $250.00 to throw away.

Ordered 3 items from a local company, this company has previously delivered mail to my house with no issue, but the moment uniuni is used, all of a sudden my house is a treasure hunt on an island in the middle of the ocean. They said that they attempted to deliver the products but thankfully we have ring cameras around the house so we know for a fact that they didn't even come close. Now their sending my packages back to the company and I have to wait another month. If you see a company using this delivery service, beware that there's a good chance you won't ever see your packages!

I would give a zero , from now on checking the delivery carrier. I have been told my item would be delivered 5 days ago (it was out for delivery). No one to contact, you call the number an answer then you get hung up on , you try to call back then busy. No place to email only chat bot and it doesn't help. I contacted the merchant I purchased item from and was told sorry they know about this company and are now offering through usps. I will have to call credit company and put a dispute through on the charges. Buyer beware we need to check the carrier service when ordering .

If I could take away this one star i would. They’re awful. They’re always awful. It’s to the point where if a company uses them to ship i prefer not to even purchase. “Customer service” is a joke. Mislabeled shipping tracker. Where do i end?

The delivery driver dropped my package in the wrong address and suite.Had the guts to take a picture of a wrong address. 2x I had a bad experience with this package handler .Poor service .

This is a horrible company! My package was supposed to be here yesterday (said 'out for delivery') but did not come. Tracking it today, it says it's out for delivery but at 6:30 in the evening it still isn't here. I have tried to get in touch with them by phone and by chat box on their customer service page. Chat box is not working and neither is their phone apparently. I can't understand how this company is still in business!

This company is the biggest scam running. I have yet to have a delivery from Uni Uni that has not been an issue. Most recently I had a driver text me telling me to respond to him immediately to confirm my address and give him the buzz code. I responded right away that the address was correct and provided him the buzz code. Hours later I received an email that my package had just been delivered. I checked the photos and despite confirming the address, my package was delivered to a different building. Since I am not a resident, I was unable to gain entry into the building to retrieve my package. I texted the driver within minutes of delivery to inform him of the error and he ignored me. I attempted to reach out to customer support but UniUni no longer has a support phone number or email. The only option is an AI chatbot that disconnects you if you ask to speak to a representative. When I told the chatbot that my package was delivered to the incorrect address, the solution was to contact the seller and maybe I’d get a refund. There is zero accountability with this company. It says a lot about their desire to provide good service by making themselves unavailable to customers to take feedback and resolve issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never heard of them. The company they delivered for is also scamming me so I have to refuse delivery but I can’t because there’s no number or way to contact this uni uni. How are they in business with such a bad rating? This is terrible. Consumers need better protection.

Every time an order is being delivered by UniUni it is late. Tracking will show it's out for delivery then it doesn't show up and tracking will say that delivery details are unavailable. One time they said they attempted to deliver but couldn't. Another time, when it finally arrived, they threw the package in my yard near the end of my driveway. I won't be ordering from any place that uses them

I would give zero stars if I could. My package has been marked “Out for Delivery” since October 5, and it’s now October 8 with no package, no updates, and no delivery notifications. The estimated delivery date is also unavailable.

I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but all I get are chatbots instead of a real person. It’s extremely frustrating that my package is already in my city, yet nobody can tell me where it is or when it will arrive.

This is honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Terrible communication, unreliable tracking, and absolutely no customer support. Very disappointed with UniUni.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I am a customer who should be receiving a package, but it has been stuck in someone's car for the last few days, and no one knows why. They have no idea where it is. Hope that person enjoy my progressive readers. This company sucks!!!

Absolutely horrible. I have a package that has been out for delivery for a week, and it still hasn't come. I don't think I had a worst customer service than this. They only allow communication with a chatbot, which gets you nowhere. Finally, had "someone" email me. They were incredibly vague and weren't helpful whatsoever.

Driver doesn't even bother getting out of the car. They just drive by, throw my package across the fence into the yard and drive away.
Half the time, it lands outside the fence where anyone can grab it and walk away. How do they stay in business? I have had so many packages stolen!

Lower if possible.... who teaches (or fails to teach) your truck drivers how to drive. One of them blocked an intersection for 2 light cycles and ran a dude off of a one way into oncoming traffic because he was mad about being blessed with the smallest weiner ever created. This driver was 110% on meth or crack with the way he chose to drive the company truck today. What a joke of a company. I figured out why packages never get to where they're supposed to go now. If you had any way to report this to a human instead of a robot, maybe you would be able to get rid of the problem more easily.

The "UniUni" Delivery Company has to be the worst Delivery Service in the United States. I have had four deplorable experiences with them over the course of mid-summer into the fall this year. First was with an order from Amazon with a Chinese Company for a shower curtain for $22.00. They could not find the valid address of the house/rectory located right next to the Cathedral on a main street of Biloxi, MS claiming it was not a real address. They sent the package back to the company in China without reaching out to me in any way/form. Then a $500.00 package of four designer, prescribed eyeglasses from JollyNova - a GREAT Company & products by the way - but also a Chinese company - this package was completely lost requiring the company - JollyNova to reissue a new package/set of glasses. We do not mind waiting for these products that take a little longer from JollyNova because of their excellence - but "Thanks!" to UniUni - this took nearly three months to get our purchase with UniUni again claiming they could not find the address to deliver even though Google Maps can pull it up instantly! When we finally did receive the second shipment - it was "mailed" by UniUni from their Chicago distribution center by the US Postal Service with $10.90 postage DUE! Finally, a simple $40.00 shipment of Supplements/vitamins from Forge - another Great Company - was lost for weeks and finally delivered to the address/building directly behind the Rectory with the package stained with what looked like coffee spilt on/all over the package's address label. You cannot use their website (UniUni) - it is an endless cycle of loops and incomplete & frustrating stalls and mis-directions! If you are lucky to get through to a "Human" - "quote - unquote" - agent online - not by phone - that's not available - you are most likely speaking with an AI Agent. Never did this Company - UniUni offer alternative pick-up solutions/options nor did they extend an apology for losing a $500.00 parcel until I mentioned to their human (AI) agent that they failed even to offer this simple customer service courtesy. Sadly, any company that entrusts their products to be delivered by UniUni as an extension of themselves - is harming their representation and standing with their customers and jeopardizing their products. UniUni is an inept, incompetent, insensitive, uncaring, unconcerned, incapable delivery company that has NO concern for the service they claim to offer and the customers or companies they are serving! Companies and customers dealing with this company - be aware, be gravely concerned and God help you!

Not only was my package 4 days late but was delivered to the wrong address and left out in the yard not by front door and Gforbid you wanna talk to a human representative apparently they aren't set up for it
