Not only was my package 4 days late but was delivered to the wrong address and left out in the yard not by front door and Gforbid you wanna talk to a human representative apparently they aren't set up for it

Terrible experience. They do not deliver. The lie on the tracking information. There is no way to contact them. The chat feature is a joke and goes around in circle. If you try to use this company, you will not get your package. Total joke of a business.

I have to believe the driver stole my packages. They took a picture of the package on the concrete, no indication of where the photo was taken, not my address, not a door, nothing. And of course the package was not outside my building.

Worst delivery service. They steal the packages. Business are losing money and clients if keeping using this company

Purchase out for delivery for 7 days. Human and Chatbot customer service do not provide accurate answers concerning current location of purchase, reason for delivery delay and/or anticipated delivery date. Photo taken for proof of delivery was of the delivery driver’s front car seat. Found the delivery in my mailbox. Unacceptable customer service.

They delivered something for someone who does not live at this address any longer and there is NO WAY to reject or send back the delivery. They have the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced.

The worst shipping option yet. If I could give it a lower then 1,
I would. Zero ability to correct a wrong address cuz to find a human to communicate with, might be easier for someone on Mars. How is any company still using this useless option to deliver.

My shipment went from "out for delivery today" to "Estimated delivery is currently unavailable," without explanation, and got stuck like that for days. It is impossible to reach a human for customer support. Their AI chatbot will gaslight you, pretending that it will connect you, and then disconnect you instead. Their customer service phone numbers just have a message saying, "Your call can't be completed as dialed." If you have something being delivered to you through this service, you're probably already screwed. I hope they go out of business.

This is the worst delivery service. They attempted a delivery, didn't let me know they were here, left and marked the order 'failed delivery and will attempt in 48 hours.' 48 hours later....they can't locate the delivery. And their customer service is a bot that won't let you speak to a human. When I asked, it immediately ended the conversation.

Worst delivery service ever! They lose packages times 2 for me, or they take weeks to deliver. Not one good thing about this company. Complain to your merchants NOT to use this carrier!

I really wish I was able to give them no stars. They are completely horrible. If I were a business I would not use this company because they will hurt your business. I have frequent shipments from a company and I will be reaching out to them about using another, more trustworthy delivery company. UniUni is just horrible.

UniUni is the worse delivery company in history, they are lazy and lie about trying to delivery packages. They lied about making attempts attempts, they didnt do shit. Stupid and lazy ass company

Like 95% of their delivered addressees, the driver never rang the door bell, took a picture of our address numbers, dropped the item on the middle of our porch and left....Had the person made one simple effort (ringing the doorbell) we were prepared to have them return it immediately...they offer zero help on how or where to return the item...just saying we have to contact the sender ourselves.

Worst logistics company, I actively ask sellers if they are going to use them before making purchases and won't purchase if they are. They have your stuff sit in their driver's cars for days to weeks before you get them. Who knows how safe your stuff is.

Package showed out for delivery 09/26 but no attempt was made until 09/28. Driver attempted to deliver, to a confirmed business address, at 6:20 AM even though noted hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 PM. So of course, delivery failed. To make matters worse, package was incorrectly labeled out for delivery 09/28 when in actuality, they simply switched drivers (confirmed by an employee email). In short, after a single delivery attempt (outside of discussed business hours), no other attempts have been made. Multiple email interactions with multiple employees yielded no assistance. Just BS responses about possible weather and package volume delays. As I type this, my package still has not been delivered. Easily the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. Any business that uses them will not have my business.

The worse delivery company i'he ever seen.

If I could give 0 stars for a review it would be this company. I’ve had to deal with this company several times in the past year. Every single time they’ve had a parcel of mine to deliver. It’s been over a week to get the delivery actually done.
To speak to a human being is virtually impossible. All you can do is speak to their Chatbot and someone will reply to you by email if you’re lucky.

My current delivery has been out for delivery for four days now, and the status is delivery date unavailable. My reply from customer service after using the chat bot and waiting hours to hear from an actual human being, was that their deliveries are often delayed by weather and volume of parcels.

Currently, I was told there is no estimated delivery date for my parcel so I don’t know when I’ll get it. And I’m also unable to go pick it up.
Worst delivery company ever. Absolutely horrendous.

The worst delivery courier consistently. Their tracking number shows different information like “out for delivery or Customer rejected the item!” What a disgusting courier service. This courier even hurts the seller since I have to request for a refund . This issue has occurred few times. So lesson learned whenever I order online I first ask the seller what means of delivery do they use..if it’s UniUni I don’t proceed with my order.

My package was actually delivered, in one piece 1 day late. I found out that it was here when I heard my back door open and slam really hard! Real hard!!!!! It was frightening! I looked out the back door and saw a man walking down my yard to his vehicle. Opened my door to find my package. The only thing that was good about this is that he didn't enter my house. Now that would have been a very scary thing! No one from this company will every deliver to my house again.

Misdelivered a package to the wrong address. Contacted them instantly "Call the vendor and get a refund" No, your driver is 1 minute away, call him and go get the package back. I don't want a refund, I want my item.
