Misdelivered a package to the wrong address. Contacted them instantly "Call the vendor and get a refund" No, your driver is 1 minute away, call him and go get the package back. I don't want a refund, I want my item.

Package arrived damaged and you're sending me to merchant for replacement!
What a joke! Will throw the product away and be more careful about delivery companies.

Truly a terrible delivery service, don't follow directions. The vendor that shipped went cheap with this 3rd rate Uniuni and now lost a customer.

I wish I saw these reviews when this company didn’t take responsibility for my stolen package by their carrier!! My experience with them doesn’t deserve even one star.

How do big companies like Columbia use a shipping service like this? I've never ever received my package on the first "attempt" from Uniuni. Never. At my location, I can see my deliveries arrive, work from home, once I saw a driver sitting out front, I could assume he was my Uniuni delivery.. after a moment he just left, never got out of the car.. Package was marked delivery attempted. WTH?
This last experience.. Rang my front door box.. heard the notification.. ran to the door. Driver was gone, car was gone. He must have rang the bell and basically ran back to his car. No package left. Like wth?

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Packages never show up and their customer service is beyond horrible, if you can get around the AI bot, customer service basically says, you'll get it, when you get it. 🙄 If a brand uses this company, cancel your order.

Worst delivery company ever. They don’t know where my package is and their drivers are liars. They claim they tried to deliver my package 5 times, yet not a single delivery car has driven by my house. Now they say they don’t know where it is, it could be with the driver or it could be back at the warehouse.

Hard to get answers from them and delivery is a nightmare

I wish I could give it NEGATIVE STARS I would. This shipping company/system is horrible. Their drivers STEAL packages and there is no way to hold them accountable because you have no way to contact them. If you see a package you have being delivered from them go ahead report it/dispute it because you’ll never receive it.

I have stopped ordering from companies that use this carrier due to the fact that I never get my packages even when I am home or they leave them outside in the elements when I have a covered lobby. I don’t know what kind of morons are running this company, but it is astonishing poor customer service. You can’t get a hold of anyone you can’t ask the questions that needs to be addressed! What a joke this company is. I can’t believe people are using them as their carrier!

Package was marked to be delivered on three different days before coming first thing in the morning the third day. The driver called and I requested that they left the package outside the office of my apartment building and left work to pick up the package. The driver did not follow instructions and marked the delivery as failed without telling me. Horrible service with no support and bad drivers.

Drivers have on numerous occasions thrown the packages. The packages continuously are late and at times have been lost. When they get lost good luck takes them almost 2 months to recognize it is.

Completely horrible and shady delivery service. Companies need to stop using them or they will start losing business. Why risk giving away free product by "saving money" using these scammers for cheap delivery? No customer service, no accountability for the horrible experience. This company is a bottom-feeder and employs scum to handle your packages.

This is my first experience with this Company and unfortunately I will never purchase anything from ANY company that uses them. The status of my package has been sitting on "Out For Delivery" for 2 full days now with no updates and no way of speaking with anyone in regards to it. ZERO customer support to speak of. I dont understand how they are still operational.

The absolute worst shipping company ever. I have a package that has been “Out for delivery” for three days! Everyday it’s the same thing, tracking says it’s out for delivery, immediately after it says that I get a message saying that the delivery failed they are shipping it back to the warehouse. They have two phone numbers, I tried them both, both are no longer in service. I used the worthless leave a message with a bot and they’ll get back to you option, they just said that it failed and it’s going back to the warehouse. I tried to contact them again and now the bot is blocking me, so I have no way to contact them further. I already told the seller to return my money, waiting on that now.

Package stated out for delivery for 2 days with no updates. I finally received my package after I made a TikTok review on delivery services. I shopped with TikTok numerous times and this delivery company is the first I came across and had issues. I hope they never deliver my package again

My comfrt package was supposed to be delivered last Thursday with my blanket and I can see on my ring camera that the delivery driver brought it to my door set it on my doorstep took a photo of it left and then shortly later she came back took the package and marked that there was no unit number on my address then marked for the next two attempts that there was no unit number but I’ve confirmed with both companies that there was a unit number and there’s proof in the video that she knew my unit number because she brought it to my damn door and left it there but now I haven’t got my package and it has to be returned to the warehouse and then take the next steps to see if they’ll re-deliver. Contacting support has not been helpful. They have claimed that perhaps it wasn’t safe to deliver the package but if that was the case they should’ve marked that and not marked a missing unit number in which case they should’ve attempted to redeliver it which they never did I have proof of that on ring camera no one came to my door at the time of “said redelivery attempts”. I was home during all delivery attempts.

Completely unacceptable conduct. Threw my packages into my yard nowhere near any door and didn't mark them as delivered until hours later after it was already dark. No customer service to speak of, just an AI chatbot and AI phone line. No contact email or feedback forms, and their website runs you in circles. If they mess up your delivery - which they will - you're out of luck.

This company lost my package and is not taking accountability.
