my experience with my delivery was 4 stars, but my experience overall with uni uni was 3.5 stars. i wanted to leave a good review to balance the scales a little bit.

i rated this 4 stars because setting other people's opinions aside, the delivery went pretty smooth. the delivery date was pushed back a couple times but that's expected because it was set for a weekend delivery. i woke up this morning and my package was an early morning delivery and to the correct house.
i'm not sure if this is normal, but setting the standard for early morning deliveries sounds great for customer experience.

monday was a 1st attempt which originally made me frustrated but i remember now that my street had construction happening. that more than likely why it couldn't have been delivered.

overall, my package being in uni uni's hands gave me anxiety. 1. it being a brand new shipping company i've never heard of 2. other people had very bad experiences.

They lost my item. Impossible to contact customer service, only a retarded chatbot.

Now I will say that they are very skeptical business and nerve racking with there fake updates but I did receive my package at my front door step it was supposed to come Saturday but instead Monday my package was working 900 dollars so I was very worried but it came so I’m content I but I still have to wait on one more package but I hope this gives you guys sum hope about this company

Shittiest company ever my package got delayed like 5 times went from California to Virginia “where I live” then went to New York then back to Virginia then to a different city in Virginia it was just all over the place and then they said “cannot deliver” business closed when delivery attempted and I ordered to my home not a business so a package I waited 2 weeks for didn’t even get delivered do not use this company ever you won’t get your package their support is only a chat bot too no real people that can help at all.

Slow, impossible to reach. Get updates to say undeliverable with zero explanation. I will stop buying from Fragrancenet because of this.

Absolutely horrible horrible service. My packages come smelling like cigarette smoke and not just a little bit like if they sat there and just kept blowing cigarette smoke on these packages. And they come smelling like marijuana. They just throw packages out their car window they don't even get out of the car because they're so damn lazy

They don't try to contact you or ring your doorbell, they will leave the package in the middle of the street until someone steals it before you have time to get back home

I order from Fragrancenet all the time but this was the first time this online company has used UniUni with one of my purchases. Ordered September 5 and it is now September 26. My package has finally made it from Tucker Ga and now it’s somewhere in Pooler Ga where I stay at, but it’s been sitting there for a week. It says something about a delay. I have already emailed the company I ordered from and let them know this will be the last time I order anything from them. It has been damn near one month and I have yet to lay eyes on my package.

The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of package thieves and I have a fence with an unlocked gate. Every other delivery service puts the packages on my porch. Uni drivers leave them outside the fence and two were stolen within 15 minutes of delivery. It's impossible to speak to a human at customer service. I've tried both published U.S. customer service numbers and they are out of service. I also tried their 800 number and got a message that the mailbox was full. The AI text ends the chat after it says the package was delivered and tells you to contact the seller. AliExpress sellers, please stop using this service!

They have "failed" to deliver my package twice even though they have never come to my home to deliver the package

Customer support does not exist, out of the 20 times I tried to contact them, the only time I connected to a real person they just said "driver does not have your package yet we can't help" and then hung up. Any other time, it was all automated messages telling me info I already knew or telling me to call later, when really they mean never because they do not have actual customer support they're just pretending they do via AI.

UniUni has repeatedly been unable to successfully deliver packages to my address because its delivery drivers report being unable to locate the address. I have attempted to proactively provide additional delivery instructions so that the driver can locate the property, but UniUni does not provide an effective means of doing so.

I have attempted to contact customer service by telephone, but the published customer-service numbers result in a carrier message stating that the call cannot be completed as dialed. I have also made multiple attempts through UniUni’s chatbot/customer-service system, but it does not provide an option that allows me to add or update delivery instructions.

I currently have another shipment being handled by UniUni and am attempting to correct the delivery information before it is assigned to a driver and potentially returned to the sender.

Requested resolution: I am requesting that UniUni provide a functioning method of contacting customer service, add permanent delivery instructions to my address/account where possible, and add the necessary delivery instructions to my current shipment so that it can be successfully delivered.

Absolutely puzzling tracking experience. I bought something on eBay and the tracking was initially through Qexpress/tracxlogis. The tracking still works, but I was also given a uniuni tracking number, though it linked to Asendia. Both Qexpress and Asendia have matching tracking, saying it’s in my town. However, putting my tracking number into the official UniUni website says it just got out of NJ. Putting that aside let’s say the tracking from Qexpress is correct and it is in my town. Why in gods name did it “arrive at destination” around midnight 2 days ago and then changed to “in transit to delivery centre” very soon after. Why are both tracking statuses time stamped in my town yet in all 3 days being in town, it has never gone out for delivery. It cannot take that long to move a package from presumably one building to another in a small suburban town. I never thought I’d say I miss GOFO dearly, their service is mediocre but UniUni is god awful. Trying to get any information on what is up with my package is like finding a needle in a haystack. If you buy something and the courier is UniUni, you better beg and pray they actually do their job.

every delivery with UniUni is the same thing. They never deliver, then I get a failed delivery attempt message with no calls. There is no way this can't be delivered. It's 20 feet from the road. This company should be banned.

They are the worst delivery service. They sit on packages for several days before shipping. You cannot chat or contact an actual customer service person. I do not understand how they are in business or why any business would use them. They ruin my week when I realize that my orders are in their lazy hands. Never use UniUni, especially if you need a package/order delivered within a reasonable time.

My package was not delivered to my address. The picture of delivery is some lobby and nowhere I recognize. The company I purchased from takes no responsibility, nor does Uni Uni which is frustrating.

Failed to deliver, poor communications, claimed 2 delivery attempts were made, no record of such. Their poor reputation is well deserved!

The people in my delivery area are lazy and like to throw your packages instead of leaving them on the porch or even in the mailbox. This guy (I have ring video) stood 10 feet from my front door and threw the package, hitting the door, before it hit the concrete floor. Completely ruined the contents of the package. This has happened 2x by these incompetent people. Finally gave up and asked for a refund from the seller. Any company who uses these 3rd rate delivery companies are just not paying attention to customers needs or requirements. Not happy and will never buy from a company who uses them ever again.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with UniUni.

Their customer service is virtually impossible to reach. Every phone number I found plays the same recorded message telling customers to use the website chat. The problem is that the chat system simply loops through automated responses and closes without providing access to a real person. There seems to be no practical way to speak with a live representative when you have a serious issue.

After trying multiple phone numbers with no success, I contacted their Facebook page in hopes of getting help. Instead of asking for my tracking number first, I was asked for personal information such as my name, email address, and phone number. I then received a call from a random phone number from someone requesting even more personal information. Given the circumstances, I became concerned about potential fraud and refused to provide additional details. The caller then hung up on me.

Most importantly, my package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I believe the package was either misdelivered or stolen, and I have been unable to get meaningful assistance from the company to investigate what happened.

Customers should not have to go through endless automated messages, dead-end chats, social media messages, and suspicious phone calls just to get help with a missing package. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

This company is obviously scamming businesses. Sue the package may arrive a small % of the time but why are they purchasing 5 star Google reviews. (which is illegal) Spend your money making your service better. Day 7 and my package has not moved from “On the way to local sorting center”
