Shipping status showed out for delivery for 6 days. Package lost. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the company. The poor reviews on here are legit. Avoid doing business with anyone who uses this company for shipping.

This is by far the worst delivery service in the world. No wonder their rating is so bad. Snibbs a shoe company producing non slip shoes for chefs just changed to this company. They allowed $185 pair of shoes, final cost $210 with tax and "free shipping", to be dropped off outside of my apartment complex to be stolen. What am incompetent delivery service and we all know why companies choose them, to save their bottom dollar even though $210 for shoes is ridiculously overpriced anyways

After reading the horrendous reviews, I was worried my package would not get to me. But…it came a day early and by 6pm. No issues at all. I was quite pleased about that. The only reason I give them a three is that their website is basically useless! The chat bot repeats the standard answers found in the FAQs and doesn’t really address the questions asked. You cannot speak to a human. So even though the delivery guy was great, the customer service part…not so great. Less than “meh!” Therefore, 3 stars.

The courier can not follow simple instructions. Left without delivering my package 2 times and marked it undeliverable.
There are clear instructions.
The courier doesnt follow through and has left my packages outside of my building and they are gone by the time I get home.

There status shows that they delivered my packet but they never did. They posted only main buliding picture as a proof and they never entered in building because i was whole day at home.

If I could give negative stats I would!!! Got a notification email that a package was delivered. Mind you the email was received when it’s pitch black dark outside but photos are from middle of the day. Show no connection to where they delivered the package. Couldn’t find it anywhere outside my home. Asked neighbors, stopped by homes that neighbors were traveling from. No package. Reached out to UniUni for help. Got a bot. No help. When I called their national number- the mailbox is full and unable to take a message!!! Come to find out 6 days after delivery- my package was placed inside the neighborhood trash dumpster! Good thing the garbage had already been collected prior to them delivering the package or it would be off to the dump! Kind neighbor brought me the package because they knew I was looking for it!

Awful support. Corrected my delivery address on support several times and it was still updated incorrectly. The tracking is also so bad and doesn't match what support tells me is going on with the package.

worst delivery service ever. The driver does not even understand english, does not even know how to go to the specific address. Doesnot know how to use map. He literally delivered my package at wrong home which was not even nearby and marked as delivered with some random guy's picture holding package. I never got my package. I tried reaching out to their chatbot about the issue and emailed but they just replied saying I have to contact to vendor. please if possible never accept uniuni as delivery.

The most unreliable shit delivery service ever made if you are expecting a package from them I am sorry for your loss you will not get the package they need to be shut down I hate this company

While my 2 deliveries with them have both been on time, the driver who brought the packages to my home stood about 8 feet away and tossed them on my front porch. My Ring camera recorded it each time, and interestingly it was the same driver. How would he have any idea if the contents were breakable or not? From now on, if I can find out what company will be handling a delivery before I order online, I will definitely not order anything if this company will be delivering it. Based on all of the negative reviews here, I’m not the only one.

My package Just came in From Resilia and my Glass jar was broken. Poor packaging it didn’t even have bubble wrap to cover it Horrible

Package stuck in warehouse over a week since 09/12. No way to talk to a human. Customer service is horrible

UniUni is a scammy, gig courier that should not exist. Packages are stolen (or mysteriously undelivered) and the company offers no way to contact support outside of a chatbot that offers a couple of canned replies. There's no reason to use this company.

Unfortunately the seller i purchase through randomly started using them about 6 months ago. Typicaly the packages were shipped through other shippers and I never had a issue. Now that Uniuni has gotten involved I have had almost 9 packages go "missing" in six months. They have theives working for them and they know what to look for and will steal the packages. From my under standing the drivers are like Door Dash. The drivers register to deliver packages. There is no vetting or training. Your package will not arrive and they need to be investigated for theft.

If I order anything online and they ship with UNIUNI I'm just going to consider it a scam from now on because their shipper is horrible. No way to dispute anything

-1000 would be my score as this is the only delivery service that do not get the deliveries correct hours of operation is on the shipping label and even when they are delivering in that time frame, they claim package is undeliverable. this is unacceptable and need to do better to make customers happy as this is an annoyance it would be nice if we can choose our own delivery company

I’ve seen plenty of awful no-name shippers, but stealing the package and using AI for fake proof of delivery is a first.

Their “confirmation” of my delivery is from an angle of my mail room…with AI-added Amazon lockers that don't exist and a fake pile of packages for good measure.

UNIUNI is the worst in that kind of industry. Last week I bought a cologne on Fragrance.net and uniuni had to deliver it to me, they delivered it to the wrong address. The previous week when I had bought another cologne, uniuni left the box outside the house facing the street where anyone could steal, when it was enough to open a little door that is never locked where the mailbox is and is the place where all other delivery companies leave our boxes. I only recommend uniuni to my enemies.

Had no directions or picture of craft… just a bunch of cut up fab with no idea where anything goes or what to do with it… Stay away from this company! $50. For $5. With of fabric… a ripoff!
