Terrible..craft w
Had no directions or picture of craft… just a bunch of cut up fab with no idea where anything goes or what to do with it… Stay away from this company! $50. For $5. With of fabric… a ripoff!

Horrible customer support as it is all only "AI", plus delayed extended delivery schedule, then an "INCOMPLETE ADDRESS" for non-delivery of anything ordered. Simply the WORST experience ever possible, ending of CANCELLATION of two orders assigned to UNIUNI delivery company!

This company, much like Spark, is yet another company Walmart.com has partnered with.

I have lost over a combined today of 30 hours between calling Walmart, the Seller and Uni Uni in chat for 3 hours and another in a combined total of 5 hours.

My package was never delivered, they have no phone support, I saved all my chat transcripts where humans are saying they're sorry for their hour long response delay but they're in chat with countless other people.

They loop the same responses no matter who you're speaking to in chat or email, and once you demand for them to stop holding your packages hostages and marking them in Walmart with TRUE tracking, which is NOT delivered, lost or cancelled, they hand it off to another person who then begins their email the same way "hi my name is so/so and I'm taking over now how can I help you - AS IF THE 20+ emails prior didn't explain?

Uni Uni behaves like either an out of the U.S. company being lead my automation and AI with a small few humans, or a tiny company working out of a garage. They show NO concern, care or professionalism, they take no responsibility for not knowing why their drivers didn't delivery, yet they mark your orders delayed with "no estimate on time of how long it will take to redeliver." They have broken Walmart's Policy, The Seller, The Customer and their own policies.

This is a shady company, very shady, why Walmart.com has partnered with them I don't know but it's caused me to get physically ill due to the distress of having to either get my package in a timely manner, or for them to mark it as not delivered, lost, returned or cancelled in the Walmart system and they have been refusing for now 17 days.

Both the seller and Walmart have tried to reach them and to no avail. This company should be not be trusted, something is extremely shady and alarming about them, they're hurting people's lives, sellers, Walmart's name and more. No delivered package marked as tried to unsuccessfully but they have reason as to why - 48 hours later it appears in their tracking as returned to warehouse, their own policy states they are to make a second delivery attempt within 72 hours. Walmart's policy is that after 5 days past delivery date has passed, it gets marked as cancelled, but due to AUTOMATION taking over our world, there isn't one Walmart associate able to update the "real" delivery status of my order, ONLY Uni Uni can and they are literally refusing, ignoring it and passing it to another name in their company who acts as though Walmart, The Seller, and I have not already gone back and forth in over 20 emails.

They should be investigated for proper licensing and business models, practices and more. I do not believe they are operating legally, I KNOW they are breaking their own policies as well as other's policies, there's no way for you to actually "speak" to anyone there, and they do not care and make it very obvious that they do not care regardless of what might be in your package. They're a scam company allowed to operate and this should be immediate stopped. They should NOT be allowed to work in this capacity in the U.S. or elsewhere.

Do not buy from anyone who uses this delivery service. Package "out for delivery" for two days. When I asked the seller where it is I immediately got a "failed delivery attempt" message. They lied because I was home and have cameras in front of my house. Nobody tried to deliver anything. This is a scam delivery service.

no tracking numbers and package showed up with a slice in it clearly the driver was looking inside to see if it was worth stealing, many reviews talk about having their packages stolen

Lost my critical prenatal vitamins—No delivery since Sept 14th and zero customer support.
This is completely unacceptable. UniUni has been holding a package containing my essential prenatal vitamins, which has been stuck at the status "Out for Delivery" since September 14. It has now been days with absolutely no updates, and their tracking system completely broke down, displaying that the "estimated delivery date is unavailable."Missing vital health supplements during early pregnancy is a serious issue. I have reached out via email to resolve this, but absolutely nobody has answered my emails. Their customer support is entirely non-existent. It is highly obvious that they lost my package and are completely ignoring my attempts to get help.Do not trust this carrier with important, time-sensitive shipments. If customer service reads this, please locate my missing shipment immediately.

These people suck. My package was addressed properly, but was delivered to some random porch and they consider their part done. I cannot talk to a person about getting it delivered correctly or even where it was left. I am supposed to call the sender and make them deal with replacing it. When trying to solve the issue all you get is a chat bot with pre-done answers

They have had my package for days and claimed they tried Lies! No one will tell me when to expect it. Typical response of we know how you feel. Actually, no you do not. My only recourse is BBB Why do retailers use this horrid company?

Shitty service..my delivery is LOST!!!

pathetic service delivered it to a locker in my building and the code went to someone else .. we dont know who .. !!!!
and i don't have my package .. i spent hours customizing the package and made a special order.... and this is how it is.. LOST !!! who IS RESPONSIBLE ????

Their drivers deliver to my neighbors, the street, use the USPS designated mailbox- EVERYTHING other than delivering to my door like every other company. And woe be to you if you have to use their Chatbot for help, and there are no humans that can help. Absolutely the worst.

If I could give 4 stars I would. I have had four different issues with UniUni. My first packages was majorley delayed, my second was miss delivered (different house?), the third was just left on the porch (it was envolope sized on a windy day), and my last and most recent one was an "attempted delivery". Their customer service is just an Ai chat bot and it has unltimately been useless. Do not use UniUni and a buyer or as a business, they are unreliable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service helps with nothing, and the delivery date isn’t actually that. And they can say that a delivery attempt was made when it absolutely was not. Screw this company

Which sucks because I love the vendor I bought from, but probably won’t again because they use UniUni

I have been extremely disappointed with this delivery company and the level of service provided. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage businesses to carefully consider whether they want to partner with a company that uses this carrier for their deliveries.
The quality of the delivery service reflects directly on the businesses that choose to use it, and in this case, my experience has been poor enough that it would make me reconsider purchasing from a company that relies on this carrier.

I have been waiting for a delivery for over a week to a business. The first attempt was at 7:22 pm with a Failed delivery attempt with a note Business closed at time of delivery. 4 days later a second attempt was made at 6:47 pm again failed attempt with another note business closed at time of delivery. They cannot give me an update as to when the delivery will be made. They did make a note that the delivery needs to be before 5 pm but the driver cannot see that note. This is the absolute worst delivery service. I cannot believe that any company would use them to deliver their produt.

This company is a complete JOKE. No customer service, their website tells you to contact them via a Chatbot... and provides NO link. Another Chinese POS company. GFY!

Company is a complete and utter scam. How many people have to complain for this garbage company to do something about it? Your drivers are either incompetent or thieves. I was told “contact attempt failed” despite contact never being made. There is no phone number publicly available, and even the ones i’ve found just tell you to go to the website. The AI chatbot is obviously useless, but once I finally got a human representative she completely ghosted me. Can’t believe a company like this is allowed to be in service, and I can’t believe certain “reputable” companies have decided to use this carrier to ship important items.

Terrible. Misleading and inaccurate tracking information and no help from “support”. The only customer support option is to go in fruitless circles with a chatbot. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Je trouve que la livraison arrive trop tard. Et c est difficile de parler a quelqu un pour savoir ou est rendu mes colis. Et quand j envois 1 email pour dire de le livrer a la bonne adresse bien je n ai pas de reponse. Donc pour le service je vous donne la note de 0 sur 5 etoiles mais pour les livreurs bien ils sont polis et gentils en generale. Si je compare Uni Uni aux autres compagnies de livraisons bien je trouve deplorable cette compagnie et je ne la recommande a personne malheureusement. Il va falloir que cette compagnie fasse de gros changements dans le service a la clientele surtout le soir. Je suis désolé mais je vous dit cela pour que vous ameliorer le service . Merci.

The delivery driver obviously didn't check the street name just an address # so it was delivered to someone else. This was a personalized 45th Anniversary gift. I wanted to contact the company soon as it happened but there are no phone numbers to call nor live reps to assist.
