Je trouve que la livraison arrive trop tard. Et c est difficile de parler a quelqu un pour savoir ou est rendu mes colis. Et quand j envois 1 email pour dire de le livrer a la bonne adresse bien je n ai pas de reponse. Donc pour le service je vous donne la note de 0 sur 5 etoiles mais pour les livreurs bien ils sont polis et gentils en generale. Si je compare Uni Uni aux autres compagnies de livraisons bien je trouve deplorable cette compagnie et je ne la recommande a personne malheureusement. Il va falloir que cette compagnie fasse de gros changements dans le service a la clientele surtout le soir. Je suis désolé mais je vous dit cela pour que vous ameliorer le service . Merci.

The delivery driver obviously didn't check the street name just an address # so it was delivered to someone else. This was a personalized 45th Anniversary gift. I wanted to contact the company soon as it happened but there are no phone numbers to call nor live reps to assist.

absolutely horrible, my e-commerce brand used this courier in the past and it was a NIGHTMARE, constant lost packages delivery photos of blank screens, and numerous delays. WORST OF all they would never ever take responsibility or issue any type of compensation for losing packages. PLEASE DO NOTE USE THEM

Umí umi did not text me they delivered my 6 bottles of Yu Sleep supplement. When I called, they sent me a photo of my second floor patio rail, a flat paper wrapped item on the rail all the way up there. It is a total scam, it is a AI photo, we had hundreds of online deliveries every year, no one climbed a total of 30 stair steps, turned 4 times and put a 6 bottles package on the second floor patio rail ! A TOTAL SCAM of my $256,28.

Package was delivered to the wrong address. Given the fact that mistakes happen, my address was clearly nothing like the one where the package was delivered. Had to use GPS coordinates to go retrieve my own package. Driver stated package was delivered at side door when in fact it was delivered along roadway next to a mailbox.

uni uni Has been take my package as a delivery carrier but very time I see this company in charge of my delivery I definitely know what it we’ll be late or lose my package.
This company UNIUNI. should not be existing. It’s cousin a lot of stress to the people on delivery. Please investigate this company and make sure they are doing their job 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They put on file delivery for a específic day but the second day I got it said it same.
At the end package just go to some other place and not your location.

Always late, false tracking information says delivery attempted but no evidence that anyone was on my front porch.

Worst experience ever, Wrong updates , late delivery and now im not going to receive my package on time due to their miscalculation.

UNIUNI is the worst carrier! I ordered colognes at Fragrancenet.com and they screwed up my order two times! The first, they delivered the wrong item and second, they left my colognes at my apartment mailbox where it got stolen! Horrible carrier! I will no longer do business with any company who uses UNIUNI.

This is pretty embarrassing for this company as 95% of the comments here are complaints with 1 star. We are not exaggerating about this company. They are beyond horrible! As I said, any company that uses UNIUNI, I will never do business with.

I can only surmise that UniUni is still in business because one cannot actually contact a real human being for assistance. Chronic delays and my parcel, which was only coming from Alberta to BC, has taken much longer to deliver than regular Canada Post. And why has my parcel been assigned to a delivery driver three times in as many days remains a mystery because I CANNOT CONTACT A HUMAN!!!! Terrible delivery service and previous UniUni drivers appear to have punted parcels onto our porch.

This is the worst company ever I wish they would stop having them deliver I can’t wait for a lawsuit or something to come out for them because they are stealers they don’t ever actually leave the package they pretend they do and leave with it I got delivery notification from them and by the time I got there it was nothing mind you they left it in the lobby unattended if they really left it

Order never received even after reaching out I can’t get no help idk who they got handling delivery but they are very careless and they’ll leave your package in the lobby for anyone to take I truly believe the driver handling the package is acting like he left the package and reality leaving with it even after after getting the “delivered “ notification and immediately going down stairs there was no package there

AVOID UNIUNI AT ALL COSTS!!
Don’t accept UniUni as a delivery company, they lie about delivery attempts, have NO customer service and provide no updates on where or when a package may be delivered.
Pay anybody else, even the Pony Express!

I have missed 2 deliveries so far. I have paid for my product and I want it. Im disgusted in not being able to reach any human in customer service .I get a text or email saying ur package has been delivered or u missed ur delivery . How can this happen twice when clearly my address is on it and the door code to get in building do u all know how to read? Good lord!!! Disappointed again!

Your customer service sucks as do your delivery people who do not even attempt to deliver your product to your door, where do you find these people?

The worst customer service. My package was in their hand, and I'm trying to resolve it. But their customer support is only a chatbot. No resolution provided. Beward of this company, as if anyone uses it to ship to you, the possibility of it being lost and unresolved is high.

Wish I could leave a 0. This company has the worst service. They left my 460.00 package on the sidewalk in front of my house instead of my front door. Who does that. Stay away from this place.

Package delivered on the road at the end of my driveway just after midnight. The driver took a picture of the mailbox as 1 of 2 pics for their Proof of Delivery. They didn't put the package IN the mailbox, but on the road. The next morning when I received the delivery confirmation, I went out to get the package and it was gone. It wasn't on the road where the driver left it. Very lazy and very poor service provided.

On their website, it says a package is out for delivery. Never has arrived past ten p m. What started a chat? Would you think you're gonna talk to a human? But sorry, human is never available. Even after twenty four hours checking every hour, only hour and says their closed. So come to find out after giving the chatbot. Your tracking number out for delivery does not mean out for delivery. It means it's in the delivery window of seventy two hours. Okay, how does Alfred delivery mean? It's in a delivery window. Does it mean it's even on a car? Doesn't mean it's in a truck. It means it's pending, they need to redo their system or close their doors because they do not understand what out for delivery really stands for
