No more customer service, they're bankrupt
I am in Illinois, I ordered mattress in Feb 2026, no word on the status of my order (end of April 2026), no way to actually reach an individual to discuss the status and what options there are as I researched they're in bankruptcy. Online chat does not respond, phone calls with messages left go unanswered, went to stores in person and told there is no help they can offer because it was an online order. They are still taking my affirm payments but not communicating with me.

I ordered my mattress in May and I am told a bunch of BS about the manufacturer going through bankruptcy and they've been making a bunch of the new floor models which doesn't matter to me as the customer who paid for a new mattress. No updates from them I have to call in and I am being told my mattress will be made in about 2 more weeks and then the manufacturer will call and let me know about delivery. That will make it approximately 12 weeks minimum for my mattress which is crazy. I wouldn't recommend buying a mattress from them at all.
Never received my order or refund.
I ordered a bed frame that was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks. After 11 weeks I canceled the order because they could not even give me a status of delivery. 8 business days later I still had not received my refund and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Terrible customer service, terrible business. I would rate them a zero if I could.

I ordered a mattress on 15 Aug 23 and I got my emailed receipt. However your site is broken when you try to track orders. I have called twice but did not get customer service I just got someone in sales. They told me vaguely 6 weeks but it said estimated delivery 25 - 30 August. The timing that I was looking for. But your site is broke.

Good deal with affordable price
I've tried to compare the same product with other businesses. US Mattress offered the best one. I bought their mattresses in 2017 and still use them now.
Disappointed all around
I was disappointed to learn that US Mattress no longer carries my mattress. So I chose another one, of course three times the price. Again disappointed. In the past US Mattress has always had great quality mattresses at reasonable prices. Apparently they have gone the way of so many others, over charging and under delivering, because 1 day after my order was confirmed I received an email that my order was cancelled: “We cannot ship to New York due to some sales tax issues within our company. Your order has been cancelled.”
I’ve never heard of such a thing. And if you cannot deliver to NY why would you not make that clear from the beginning and not waste my time. So I went to my trusty Amazon and found a similar mattress for less than half the price. We’ll see if it’s any good, but at least if it shows up it’ll be better than US Mattress.

Apparently they cancelled my order without telling me why or anything like that, except a random email from someone that was sent to me by mistake. They don't ship to New York, but still let me order

I am still waiting for my mattress. I have not heard from anyone. I made multiple calls and was told it takes about 3 weeks, which would be about now.
But, again I still haven't heard from anyone.

Will not send my order, I guess because i used a discount code. Whatever the reason may be it should clearly state you don't ship to certain areas and States BEFORE the order is placed..wdym you do not ship to Alabama bc of tax reasons? Other states don't have tax???

Waste of time
My mattress arrived damaged, I sent in pictures and the customer service person apologized and said they would send out a new mattress. Then the claims dept. emailed me trying to brush me off by offering a $10 gift certificate instead of replacing the mattress. I finally got him to ordered a replacement mattress. Everything was good until it got to my local area. The big shippers pawned delivery off to a smaller company. The smaller company out right refused to do white glove delivery or pick-up the damaged mattress. The claims department keep telling me they would fix the problem. After 3 weeks, the mattress was still sitting on the local truck. I was given every excuse under the sun and I finally asked to cancel. This request was ignored. At the 4th week, I wrote a BBB review and then the claims dept. responded by offering me a cash incentive to give them more time. I said no and that I wanted to cancel/refund. I was told they couldn’t give me a refund because they no longer had my credit card info. on file. After waiting 3 months for a mattress, I finally had to do a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered in Dec, Delivery was slow. When delivered 1st mattress it had rips and tears. Delivered my 2nd mattress April 6th and even thought their website still states 120 day comfort guarantee for exchange they do not honor this. When you call in they will tell you bought out by American so no exchanging even thought to this day it is still up on website. Stay away from these scammers

Your website is not phone friendly
Your website is not phone friendly. I was not able to sign in on my phone, so I had to get on my laptop to complete my order. It was inconvenient. The mattress looks good and hopefully the rest of the transaction will be smooth.
