They had me submit a $200 deposit and sign a document that stated that my balance due on the date of delivery would be $350. Shame on me, I didn't read the sneaky fine print of their document stating that all prices are merely an estimate. I ended up paying $800. I would have cancelled and asked for a refund but I was on a time crunch, poor planning on my part.

I filed a review against this company a few weeks ago..And have been waiting for my refund of my deposit..When talking to their finance dept ,I was told that they don't need my money and I was saying g well why are you not sendind it back?They told me to take down my review first and they will refund my money ..Have you ever heard such a thing?They want to blackmail me to receive my own money back...US Car Go Freight should be banned from doing business period..And I will keep writing reviews every week until I am paid my money...My next step is to take them to court..It's not the mo ey,It's the principles of it all...

Total joke. Sent quote. Accepted quote. Gave deposit. Booked on Tuesday was told pickup would be Thursday. Then was told bad weather, Friday, then was told no drivers Monday, then was told pick up on Tuesday and more than double the quote? Meanwhile... now 3 days and counting storage fees. Lie after lie agent still wanted me to book through them? Stay clear... now trying to get deposit refunded!!!

After paying a deposit, and signing contract, car delivery was postponed two days, and tried to double the agreed price, demanded my deposit refunded, no response from company, would give a ZERO rating if possible

Merchant qouted me a price on 1/19/2024 to ship two vehicles and said they have drivers available today to ship both cars and that i needed to pay a security deposit to secure the driver. I paid the security deposit but merchant then was not able to find me a car. Every day for the one week they kept changing their price. Everyday this passed i had to continue paying storage fees for the cars at the facility they were not able to pick up. Everyday there was new excuse, new price , but never able to pick up. I finally gave up on them cancelled with them on 1/26 and found someone else to pick up the car and asked merchant to return by security deposit. It is now 2/12/2024 and i have still not gotten my security deposit back. Everyday they come up with a new excuse saying there is something wrong the bank gateway. I am still owed money for $175 and $120 for each of the cars.

This company uses low ball offers to get you and then fails to perform. I have learnt my lesson. Never pay a security deposit. Thats how they try to keep you hooked as they keep increasing prices but even then cannot perform.

I used US CARGO for a coast-to-coast transfer. They are responsive and careful on the details. I will hire them again if I need and I highly suggest anyone who is in the market for auto transport and thanks to Mr. Adam Tran

arranged for my vehicle to be picked up on January 26th. I was told that it would be picked up on that day between 1pm-3pm. The total cost was $450. I paid a $200 deposit with the remaining $250 to be paid at pickup. A contract was signed. A driver never showed up to retrieve my vehicle. I called them and was told that there were no drivers in my area for my route. I asked for a refund on my deposit. I was told that I would be refunded within 24-48 hours. Tomorrow will be a week and I still haven't received my refund. Everytime I called I get the exact same woman "Amy Hill" who says that she's going to talk to her accountant and I'll receive a call back but, surprise surprise, I never get a call. Now I'll try to call and get completely ignored but, I'll call off of my fiance's phone number and they will answer. Absolutely don't use this "business" it is nothing but a scam. I am getting my attorney involved tomorrow.

Bait and switch scam artists. They we lure you in with a cheap rate, miss the delivery date, then come back and demand more. If you cancel they will keep your deposit. Check the BBB. Lots of similar terrible reviews. STAY AWAY!!
