Extremely Disappointing Experience

I would strongly advise against using this car shipping company. They gave me a quote and agreed to a price, but then waited until only four hours before the scheduled pickup to nearly double the price.

At that point, they knew I had very little choice because the pickup was imminent and I had already made arrangements based on their original quote. It felt like they deliberately waited until I was in a vulnerable position to increase the price.

Changing a price at the last minute after giving a customer a quote is extremely unprofessional and misleading. If the price had been higher from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision and chosen another company.

Be very careful with this company and make sure you get the price and all terms in writing. I would not recommend them based

Thieves, thief, and liars!!!! I am still trying to get my money back!!! Never again, they are sitting back behind computers taking people money. Hackers in the flesh!!!

The car arrived safely and right on time. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really happy with how everything went from pickup to delivery. Highly recommended vehicle shipping company.

I took services from US Car-Go Freight, while our travel to US. Bren at US Car-Go Freight made my vehicle shipping incredibly easy. He and his team was very professional and responsive. And they were always available whenever I needed an update. The carrier was courteous, and my vehicle arrived on time. Great experience overall. Do recommend others.

Bait and switch prices for sure!! I'm a Licensed Used Car Dealer and normally will use my recommended vehicle transporter, but I tried to save a few dollars. LESSON LEARNED!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I booked well in advance with US Car-Go Freight to ship two vehicles from Minnesota to North Carolina. Before signing, I told the representative, Ken Adams, that pickup had to happen on September 29 because my lease was ending, and that I didn't want the service without that date. He agreed and assured me it was a sure thing. A week later, I called to confirm and was told everything was in order. I called again a few days before to confirm, and then again the morning of the pickup date. He said everything was all set.

On pickup day, the original window was noon to 4 PM. As the day went on, the time kept being pushed back until we reached 9 PM, and then I was told no one was available. I was also told he had called me, but my phone and carrier logs show no call. Based on the conversation, he could not find a driver to pick up our vehicles even though he said he had one already lined up.

I had to dispute the charges and report it to my bank to investigate. After a few days, my bank credited me back my deposit. I had to leave 1 vehicle in Minnesota and change plans. Because of the short notice, costs are very high now.

Before booking with this vendor, check the BBB, Google, as well as other sites, and read the reviews. This is a common thing where US Car-Go will tell you anything, including lying to you verbally, because a verbal agreement does not matter; all that matters is the contract.

Save yourself a headache, time, and money, and pay a little more and go with a more reputable vendor.

Terrible experience , with terrible communication, always lie and try to up charge no matter the situation and when services aren’t provided at all . They don’t want to give the refund at all, and still haven’t from services unrendered from sep 11 . They don’t keep there word and lie to you when they can pick it up on time or the same day they want you to pay the difference even though you already have a contract. Don’t use this awful company . 0/10 for communication and honestly . There tech supports don’t help and will hang up on you when they get the chance and always say well call you back and out of the 30 calls they haven’t once. This is a sad business and should have terrible reputation for there pitiful work. All the respect goes to the drivers but not us car go logistics a grade a scam. Still fighting to get my refund and should hear back from them in the morning but I already know I’m gonna have to call them. And most likely my bank will have to dispute it . I’m unhappy and stayyyy far away from this company…… 4.7 stars is outrageous for this 0 star establishment just a waste of time…… and SCAM ARTISTS. I’ll let everyone know how terrible this company is…. Make sure to keep everything on file to pursue legal action if they don’t want to give your money back.

Awful awful deceptive fraudulent Scam of a company. Bait and switch, lies, just horrible all around. They give u a low price get the deposit then when it's time for delivery they triple.5he price and deposit is non refundable.Not sure how they are still in business. I guarantee if you see any good reviews they are fake. Please help get this company out of business. Frauds and scammers

I got a quote for 750.00 to ship a car . Paid 258.75 deposit when I agreed to 250.00 balance 500.00 apon delivery. Ok that never showed up stopped taking my calls. Then after taking the day off costing me 400.00 they called and said it would be 1,600.00 extra plus the 750.00 I said this is crazy called my credit card company and got my money back! They are completely scamming people! Fact. Buyer beware I have the paperwork to prove it!

They have refused to issue my refund. I kept on being told by a lady called Jeniffer Curtis and a manager called Brian that my refund had been processed. It’s been over 2 weeks of these games. Stay away!

They are a bunch of scammers. They took $400 deposit for return trip and it’s been an almost three weeks, I am still waiting for pick up. They don’t respond to any thing. I am stuck with my deposit. Looks like I would have to dispute with my CC. Caz these guys aren’t going yo give me back deposit.

If i can rate this carrier 0! aver since did the first intial contract it was 800$. Then i get a call from Kevin that there was a mechanical issue. He look for another carrier i signed another contract for $1,150 since they were refunding me $50.00. I message Khan transportation and they advised there was a discrepency in contract they need $1,200 to release the car. I have talked to a manager mike and accounting a guy name Erick. Basically they cant offer a check or another alternative for refund of $50.00. My card was cancelled for fraud and they cannot refund me at all since my bank card was cancelled and i got new one. They expect me to call my bank and get card re-activated. I am not sure in what world they live because thats not possible. This company gave me problems since the begining all wrong numbers and all wrong information. I have proof of contracts and discrepencys. Avoid at all cost there service, accounting and managment apparently live under a rock and do not help at all.

Extremley poor customer service. I have a signed agreement for 550 dollars to transport my car from washington state to Arizona. Then on the day of the transport i am told it will be an extra 300 dollars. I agree to this. Then i sign a contract for 600 dollars. When your driver Max comes to deliver the car he says i owe him 650 dollars. He then threatened to take my car when i said i had a signed contraxt for 600. I paid him the extra 50 but this is the worst customer experience i have ever had! Absolutely 100% complete lack of professionalism. I will tell absoultely everyone I know that this is the worst company i have ever dealt with! Maz threatening me and and saying he wont give me car unleas i pay him more money is the most unprofessional interaction i have ever had. This company was pathetic. I will also be reporting to the beyter business bureau to pursue further action.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I’m not even the type of person to write reviews but I think it is imperative to warn others about this scam for a company. I was quoted $800, paid a $250 deposit, and by the time they actually found a driver (which was 3 days after the contracted date of pick up) they were asking for an additional $400. This company is a complete and total scam. They’re super unprofessional, they promise to get back to you and never do. Every time we spoke it’s because I called them multiple times! My agent was Katie Sherman and the so-called manager’s name is Ron Thompson, both were very unprofessional. Whatever you do, DO NOT book with this company. I’m surprised they’re still in business. I would suggest SGT transport instead. They don’t require a deposit until the truck is actually in route to you, their communication is top-tier and I felt very at ease working with them instead.

Here it is oct. 27th. And still have not gotten a refund of the money sent. And nothing done. Now, I am going to the next level

I am only giving this company one star because I can’t give 0. While they did pick up the car next day as promised and deliver it in two as promised, the bait and switch reviews were true. I took a chance and booked them because they were really cheap. But, you get what you pay for. They promised to ship it for just under $600. They called me at 3 the next day and said it was going to be $1,300. The deposit was non refundable and that was in line with more reputable companies price. I should have just booked with montway or Sherpa. I went ahead and did it because I didn’t want to lose my deposit. I don’t like being duped though, so I would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them. If they quote a price, they should stand by it. They know what the market is charging.
