US CAR-GO FREIGHT LOGISTICS 

These people are scam artists. They take your deposit with no intention of providing the services they advertise. They are also under insured. I had to report them to the DOT when I discovered they were in breach of contract and were not going to fulfill the services I put down a deposit for. They believe they can get away with these scams too. They will tell you, you are working with other companies and therefore do not have to return your deposit. I only had one car to transport so why would I work with more than one company. That’s the scam they run. They are now under investigation for federal crimes. Use at your own risk

Update: I thoroughly enjoyed the response this company cooked up. The tone and information provided are a lovely work of fiction and a complete change from what we had to deal with while we were considered ‘customers’. Enjoy the show they put on for the sake of being able to continue providing a scam instead of actual service. Again, hire at your own risk.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. They took my deposit, they lied about picking I my car up and never did. Beware these people are scammers and they do not deserve your business.

Say NO to US Car-Go. This company is a scam. This is my experience:
I was contacted by Mike Adams from US Car Go Freight on July 23 regarding a car that I need to have transported from Oroville, CA to Littleton, CO., I told him that I needed to have the car picked up from the Oroville location Before Aug. 18. Mike said that was no problem and gave me a quote of $600, ($200 to be paid now as a deposit and $400 cash is to be paid to the driver upon delivery at the drop of destination). Great, let's do it. I digitally signed the agreement that Mike had sent to my email, and paid the $200 deposit the same day. A Timeline of events:
July 30: Concerned that I had not heard anything from Mike or any US Car Go Freight reps. I contacted Mike via text msg and asked if there was an ETA for pick up. He promptly responded and told me he arranged pick up for Aug. 11.
Aug. 8th: Contacted Mike to find out a time frame that the driver would be here on the 11th. He said btwn 3-5 pm.
Aug 11: Received a generic text message from US Car go saying they are actively working on my order and trying to find a driver, sorry for the delay.
Shortly after this message, I received a message from Mike telling me that if the driver was not there "today" then a driver would be here the following day to pick up the car.
Aug. 12: I requested an update. Mike said he had arranged the pick up for Aug. 14
Aug 14: I asked for an eta. I had even offered to take the car to meet the transport driver somewhere that would be most convenient for them. Mike said no, they will come to my doorstep to pick up the vehicle.
Aug 15: Mike sent me a txt to tell me that the driver that was supposed to pick up the car, was loading a Dodge Ram 3500 and "shattered the ramp on trailer", so he will have to arrange for another transport for the following day. He apologized but assured me that the car will "FOR SURE be picked up the next day". (Seriously!?! Those ramps of made of STEEL Michael, NOT fiberglass, they don't SHATTER.)
Aug. 16th... It is now 10:55 pm and the car is still waiting to be picked up. I have sent several messages to Mike but he has Ghosted me and I have not heard a single word. Monday is the 18th, I will be on a flight and the car, (that should have been on a truck heading to Colorado), will be in California. So, Thanks to Mike Adams and US Car Go Freight for dropping the ball, complicating my life, wasting WEEKS of my time waiting for a bogus driver to arrive, elevating my stress level, ripping me off, and opening my eyes to how truly incompetent you all are. This company will con you into signing an agreement, locking you in so you can not hire another transport when they don't follow through. This is a disgraceful, pathetic, deceitful, bottom feeding company that needs to be dissolved and forgotten. I seriously doubt the 4/5 star reviews that have posted about US Car-Go Freight, are from actual customers. I know better now and should have done the research. Please don't make the same mistake I did, go to the BBB website and search this company. Negative ratings, numerous complaints, fraudulent and deceptive business practices, bait and switch tactics, refusing to refund deposits, keeping ppl locked into an agreement so they are unable to hire another transport. Avoid doing business with this Shady transport company, they cause more problems than solutions. Screams "Class Action Law Suit" .

I had the worst experience with them they told me that all I had to pay was $250 with $100 down and the rest at the time of delivery I talked it over with my husband and he was fine with it. So I called Samantha Clark back I paid the $100 down expecting to get my car back the next day. I called to get the information on the driver because I needed it for the company that had my car. First off they never had a driver on had to get my car so I had to wait for the information. By the time I got the information of the driver it was a half hour before the scheduled appointment time then they told me I needed to pay an extra $500 to the driver because that was his fee! I had canceled my order with them and demanded my money back! Samantha Clark had told me that I would get my money back in 4-5 business days it has been almost a week and I still don’t have my money!! I tried to call but know the number is no longer in service!! DON’T USE US CAR-GO FREIGHT THEY ROB PEOPLE BY KEEPING THEIR DOWN PAYMENTS!!!

This was the worst company to do business with. They had me sign a contract and then at the last hour they didn't come and pick up my car. They called me a day later and said they are now going to charge me an additional $800 to ship my car. They didn't stand by the contract and I had no choice but to pay it. They do not stand by there contract. Horrible company!!!

I’ve read all of these reviews and my car is set to be picked up tomorrow with a quote of $400 for a Toyota Camry. I’m hoping and praying things go smooth. I’ll be honest, I’m very nervous that they’ll change the rate on me or give me problems because of everything I’ve read, I’m hoping that’s not the case. I’ll be back here to inform you guys of how the process went for me.

I paid a deposit of $200. My car is coming from Columbus, Ohio - Minneapolis, Minnesota.

‼️ BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY‼️This company is a fraud and they will scam you out of your money!!! They will quote you a price, take your deposit, and then try to haggle money out of you on the day of your scheduled shipping and not give you your deposit back once you reject their price haggling! You’ll end up having to dispute the charge.

I was quoted $400 to ship my car and paid a $200 deposit. On the day of pickup, the foreign representative by the name of “Samantha” contacted me to say that it would cost an ADDITIONAL $550 to deliver my car. That’s $950 dollars vs. the $400 that was quoted‼️ I told Samantha that this was a ridiculous scam and to cancel my order since they would not honor the contracted price of $400. Samantha tried to price haggle me over several hours of constant phone calls and text messages with different prices instead of the price that they quoted me. She REFUSED TO REFUND my $200 deposit after several requests and my car was never shipped.

I will never use this company again or any other car shipping company. These car shipping brokers are all scammers‼️

Steve Wilson is the worst person with whom I worked he said they will payme the same day but there 20 days left and still no paymnet and he does not answer to my phones a bunch of liers!!!!!

Go with a company with better reviews. Not this one. I was quoted $400 to ship my vehicle by Adam Tran. $200 deposit then $200 at the time of delivery. That was the amount quoted for them to scam me out of my deposit.

I was guaranteed by Adam that my vehicle would be delivered for $400, and that any amount over that would be covered by the company.

It's too bad that I was forced to pay $600 for the delivery because what Adam meant by "more than $400" didn't include the deposit because that is money they take just for funsies, and the initial figure was an "estimate." That's how they get ya.

Find a more reputable company. This one isn't it.

Got a quote for 900.00 with a 250.00 deposit. I left on a flight with my key in the car. After 3 days of lies of the driver coming and also being broke down. I had to get my wife's mom to get the car. After a call back I was quoted 1600.00 to which I was forced to pay.when the driver came to get the car he charged me an extra 200.00 for my car being packed. Even though it was under 100lbs. BE VERY AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A BROKER AND NOT SHIPPER. AND I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!! What a NIGHTMARE. let's see if I get my car now.....

The worst company in USA. They cheat and steal from customers. The deposit is non refundable. They hike their initial quotes blaming it on the drivers. Keep off these third party thugs.

Worst people ever all they do is take people's money they did not fulfill contract left me hanging took 250 dollars as deposit I'm still trying to get back.

Scam company - stay away.
Got a quote for transport from them, $800, digitally signed and paid deposit $250 with credit card. while trying to pay, they said that first card didn't go through, paid with second card. After that, got a message from 'manager' saying that transportation will be $1950. I replied: cancel everything, but they charged both of my card $250 each. Had to go through dispute on credit card companies.

Beware of this scam car transport company!
I was quoted $800 for transporting my car, and now, just days before my car is supposed to be picked up, they're demanding an additional $500. This is not only unprofessional, but it also feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The original price was agreed upon, and now they’re changing the terms with no valid reason. The customer service is unhelpful, and I feel completely misled. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs!

Absolute scam company. The positive reviews are fake. They quote you one price, and then try to force your hand to pay double when it is the pickup day and claim the only way the car can be picked up is if you pay an inflated price that’s out of their hands. (After they already charged you a deposit btw.)

Awful people. Awful company. Deeply dishonest. DONT USE THEM.
