I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Initially, I was quoted $700 for the transportation of my car from NYC to Texas. However, as the time approached, I was informed that due to a lack of drivers because of bad weather, the cost would increase to $1200, requiring $900 at delivery.
I received text message promising that my car would be delivered on time and that everything was set, but the delivery was still late. I regret not reading reviews before making my deposit. Based on my experience, I would caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternatives before committing to their services.

All of these 5 star reviews are fake. Go check yelp and BBB. This place is a scam PERIOD. They will give you a super low price to reel you in, make you pay a deposit, and then increase the price day of travel so that you have no option but to pay it. When I called the guy out on his manipulative tactics HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DENY. Rather he continuously pressured me into signing a new contract. The worst part is that he purposely called me at like 7:00 am knowing I would be half asleep and too delirious to really understand what was going on. How dare you take advantage of your customers like this. Honestly this company is pathetic and everyone who works here deserves nothing but the absolute worst. I would like to file a class action lawsuit given how many other people have been played by this waste of space poor excuse of an “LLC”. If you’d like to assist in this class action lawsuit please like this comment.

Horrible Company with Unethical Service Reps.
I hired this company, and it was a terrible decision. Their representative, Jimmy Hill, promised to pick up my new truck on Friday but failed to do so. When they did not show up as promised, Jimmy Hill had not even hired a carrier yet. He said they would try for Monday. I fired him on the spot. He kept calling me, saying he found someone, but it would cost more money. I told him he was unethical and that I would never do business with him or his company again. I reminded him that they were fired and needed to refund my payment. Jimmy Hill said they would keep $50 and refund the rest. They have not done so. These people are terrible. Do not waste your time.

When you requested a pickup on Friday, we did our best to find a driver as quickly as possible, and after extensive effort, we confirmed a driver for Saturday. While we understand that you were disappointed with the delay, we tried to accommodate the change and offered to cover part of the additional cost for the driver.
At no point did we request you to pay an extra $50 in "refund fees." Our intention was simply to cover some of the extra costs that the driver required for the rescheduled pickup. We also informed you that your refund would be processed promptly, as per our standard policy, and that it would reflect within a week. Our team tried to reach you regarding the refund, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in connecting with you.
We regret that this situation led to frustration, and we respect your decision to proceed with another company. Our team strives to provide excellent service, and we will continue to work to ensure a better experience for future customers. Thank you again for your feedback.

Scammed me out of my deposit
Scammed me out of my deposit. claimed no driver was available but then contact me about a new driver that was 400.00 more than listed on that fake contract they sent. If I could sue them I would. They never delivered the car and never refunded my money for no service. Please don't use them, and I will put up a review every time so they wont con anybody else out of their money

We also had another driver lined up; however, due to it being a Saturday, our office was closed, and we couldn’t secure him in time. When we contacted you on Monday, it was already late, and we understand that you had made arrangements with another company.
We want to clarify that we never sent out any fake contracts. Everything we do is legitimate, and you were made aware of our processes. If we had not delivered the car or provided services, we would have issued a refund. We attempted to reach you but were unable to connect.

This company is a complete scam. They used the lowest quotation to get the deposit, and they will increase the price before picking up the car on the agreed date. Even though they broke the contract, they will not refund the deposit no matter what u say. This may be something they often do, and it is completely It's a scam. You can only get your deposit back through legal means. Don't trust this company.

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 1,000 I would. This company scammed us out of our $150 deposit. After they send us a contract for a price and was signed..the day my son's vehicle was to be delivered, Grace Morgan that works for this scam company, called my husband and I stating that the price has going to go from $350 to $1,500... Then she continued to call, send text messages trying to negotiate the price (for way more than the contract that this company signed). Since my son needed the vehicle for work, we negotiated a new price ( double what the original contract was). more than 6 different text messages Grace sent us stating that a driver had already picked up our vehicle, which was a lie, NO DRIVER EVER PICKED UP OUR VEHICLE. This company had my son miss work, I had numerous anxiety attacks ( I am a breast cancer survivor that is currently on chemo)...My other son was running back and forth from our home checking if "THIS COMPANY" picked up our vehicle. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE/COMPANY/GRACE MORGAN FOR PUTTING FAMILIES THROUGH HELL!!!!!!!!!! I will be seeking all lawful remedies for my sons lost wages, my anxiety, pain and suffering this company has caused us these last few days.
