I would like to thank you for the fantastic team of fitters you sent to our house for the fitting of our American blinds. The blinds look absolutely fantastic and I am very happy with them.

I feel compelled to write to you about the team that fitted them though because they were very very good. Always there very early in the mornings and working tirelessly all day until often 5pm. I can honestly say I have never come across a team of guys so dedicated and good at their job. They are very professional, very respectful of the environment they work in and very personable too. In the 5 days that i had guys on site, I can honestly say I never saw them take a break for a sandwich at lunchtime or any other time during the day. They are a real asset to Vale Blinds and Curtains - every single one of them but especially Jago and Karl.

Thank you for making this such a good experience by sending this extraordinary team of fitters. They were absolutely wonderful.

Please be assured that I will be recommending your firm to anyone who needs their windows dressed in a very professional way. In fact if you have a site on which I can put a review, I will be more than happy to do so.

We ordered new curtains during the pandemic and are delighted with the resulting matching sets at each end of the living room. We were extremely impressed with the way the company adapted its service to the Covid era so that staff wore masks and indoor work was carried out with care. The fabric of the curtains is lovely and they hang beautifully. Thank you to all concerned.
