Sold my van to Vandervan. Quick and easy process, money in my account the same day. Can't fault the service.

Cam came out and checked the van out, did get less than I was originally quoted due to eml but overall good experience. Cam is a really good lad and it all went smoothly

They never actually show up for collection. On Friday, we spoke, agreed on a price, and they told me the driver would come on Monday. But on Monday, one driver called saying his vehicle had broken down. The next day, another driver said he was on his way, then messaged that his tyre had punctured and he’d be late. When I asked him to just be honest if he wasn’t coming so I could go to work instead of waiting all day again, he replied, “I can assure you 100% that I am coming over today.” Now when I called the company to find out what’s going on, they said my first offer was 11K, but now they can only offer 6K. It feels like a deliberate trap — they quote a good price to hook you, don’t turn up for days, and then lower the offer hoping you’re desperate enough to accept the reduced amount.

3 times agreed times to collect but no shows. No phone calls messages nothing. I ring and get excuses. Terrible service seems to be scammers

Wasn’t what I was expecting but made the effort to make the call to the office to get more for my van than what they wanted to originally offer
Overall great easy to deal with experience payment was in bank there and then

John for Vandervan came round to me to assess a mini bus that we have.
He was very polite and a true gentleman throughout the assessment.
The starter motor isn't working on the bus as it has been sitting for a while but he has arranged for it to be picked up within a couple of days. A great service and I would highly recommend Vandervan.

Same process to Motorway offer good price over the phone then try and knock you down as low as possible, they would be better to be honest from the phone call with the price instead of wasting busy peoples time!

Fast and responsive. We had a company vehicle that needed removing from a very busy garage who were going to charge £20 a day for the space the vehicle was taking up. We called on the Monday, Vandervan arrived on the Tuesday. Very fast, great communication and very professional.

Initially a missunderstanding with vehicle value. This was resolved and collection arranged for the next day.
Very helpful. And kept me updated through the process and driver ETA

I've dealt with John who was really helpful- outstanding customer service- smooth transaction.

What a bunch of clowns
Offered me £12750.00 for my van after seeing photos etc
One owner full history etc
Sent a guy out who drove the vehicle put diagnostics etc and couldn’t fault it and agreed it was as described
Then offered £11.000
Total time wasters
Went back to we buy any van money in the bank within 30 mins

this company is scammers trying to steal from you unscrupulous company beware

We started enquiring about selling our van 21/11/2025.
The price was agreed and collection arranged.
4 times the van was scheduled to be collected and no-one turned, no phone call, no message.
Each time I contacted them they apologised and arranged another collection.
Today, them simply ended the call as I reminded them of the arrangements ! Why not simply say.... we are not interested in buying this van !!!!???

Great service from vandervan today, John made this a smooth and hassle free transaction with a fair valuation of my van.

Like other reviewers, they non stop hounded us to sell our van!! Made 3 different appointments. Still haven’t turned up. Absolute waste of time!! I honestly would not bother!
