Very polite, easy to deal with

So after being messed about by. Buy my van for 3 days with numerous phone calls and many broken promises. Vandervan came and brought my van at the asking price with no messing around what they offered was what they paid. I would highly recommend to anyone trying to sell a commercial vehicle I could not recommend them enough!!!!

Despite me telling the guy on the phone that it was a non runner, when they turned up and it wouldn't start they offered me scrap value.
Complete waste of time!

These guys were great when I was selling a none running van. Gave a very competitive price which they honoured once they had viewed the van and then arranged collection the following day.

Communication superb and hassle free - special mention to John who was really helpful throughout the process and ensured the money was transferred the same day.

Agreed sale and waited for pick up. After 3 days they changed their minds. Maybe check van details before confirming a sale?

Don’t bother - pester and pester to get your business then don’t come to collect at agreed time, offered another slot the following week. Went to van Star instead, got a better price and picked up when promised

Great experience with VanderVan, quick service and professional. We schedule a date and time the driver showed up. Checked the vehicle in 10 minutes the deal was done. Money in the account in an instant. I recommend them 100%

Purchased a van first time online was very spectical at first but when it arrived it exceeded the expectations i had smooth process all along plus delivery was free cant recommend enough

Got a valuation for my van and sorted out a time and date to collect, they rang up on the day saying there were problems with the logistics coming to collect the van which it happens so was fine with, rebooked for another day which was today, texted the company which I received no reply so I rang up instead to see what was going on to have the phone hang up on me and I rang back a second time to be told they don’t know what’s going on and the logistics company will ring me back shortly, never had a text or a call at all, did try to ring back up to find out and no answer at all, wouldn’t recommend as it seems theirs absolutely no communication and nobody seems to know anything that goes on

We sold nothing to them because of how unprofessional they are. They first offered £7,500 for our van and set up a meeting but never showed up. Two days later they called again, so we gave them another chance. When they finally came, they made up a long list of fake “faults” and even accused us of trying to sell a stolen vehicle — despite having seen all our legal documents. This was insulting, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. I strongly recommend avoiding this company

Really nice bunch of lads. Priced my van, came and looked at it and ended up giving me more than originally agreed! They took the keys and came back the next day for collection. Professional chaps these. I could not recommend more

Made selling my van very easy and convenient. They bought my van and didnt drop the price like many others do, will definitely use them again.
