Poor communication, didn’t send pictures like told they would send when it was finished

Great product for the price and delivered within targeted time frame.

Jacket is very well made and the customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

The jacket came out nice. Just the amount of time it took to make it. I ordered the jacket 11/24/25 hoping to receive by Christmas for a gift put didn’t receive until New Year’s Eve. Other than that no problem

Great workmanship

I originally left a bad review due to the fact that I was waiting for a couple days for back and forth responses, but like I said when I received the piece I would update my review. Once I received the custom jacket I was very surprised by how well it was made. The only reason why I can’t give it 5 stars is just due to the lack of response time with emails. Other than that I was overall happy and satisfied with the custom piece that I ordered.

I am extremely disappointed with Varsity Base and cannot recommend their service to anyone.
I ordered my jacket on November 14th, 2025, specifically timing my purchase to ensure delivery before Christmas. What followed was the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever encountered.
Despite contacting Varsity Base more than 10 times, I received nothing but empty assurances that my jacket would arrive on time. It didn't. The package wasn't even shipped until December 20th—just five days before Christmas—and was sent from India via FedEx Standard Shipping, virtually guaranteeing it would miss the holiday.
When I reached out again, Varsity Base claimed they would contact FedEx to expedite the delivery. Instead, my package became stuck in Memphis due to incomplete paperwork—an issue that was entirely preventable and clearly the result of poor preparation on Varsity Base's end. It was one inexcusable delay after another, and Varsity Base did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation or take responsibility.
Adding insult to injury, their email responses felt completely impersonal and AI-generated, showing zero genuine concern for my situation.
My jacket finally arrived on December 29th—four days after Christmas and completely useless for its intended purpose. Not once did I receive an apology from Varsity Base.
This company has lost my business permanently. If you value reliability, transparency, and actual customer service, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Its been 10 weeks. Never got my jacket.

We used the custom design feature and it couldn’t have been easier. Ordered and received within 25 days! Product is perfect. Thank you to your customer service who helped to get this in time for a birthday!

I had been searching for the perfect gift for my partner for Chriatmas and was inspired about a jacket I had seen someone wear. Immediately I started searching for a company that would create custom patches. But Wow!!! Not only do they help create patches but the WHOLE DARN JACKET, down to the color of the zipper. What a wonderful surprise. The jackpot of all site searches.. too good to be true. And now only was it real, and you can customize it to the smallest detail BUT its even better once received... if only I had someone else to order for....

Great Quality! The leather-sleeved jackets are well-made and better than most on the market. The customization and ordering process was easy, and the communication, packaging, and shipping was all smooth. The only drawback that I noticed was that the size / scaling of some of the customized embroidery was off; the actuals are considerably larger that the rendering. It still looks great, though.

Ordered jacket on November 1st. Kept getting AI updates saying my jacket was delayed. I reached out 4 times for an update and still haven't gotten a response. I finally asked for a refund. 0 response! This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had by far.

The jacket came together beautifully!!! I placed my order on November 17th and paid for rush shipping. We received it on December 27th. My husband loved his jacket. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank you guys so much!

The quality is great and I already recommend them to others. The only was thing is shipping time but it did arrive before Christmas which was the plan . It took 7 weeks which would have been fine but it said 4 weeks so I was inpatiently waiting. The jacket is made very well and my daughter loves it.

Just delivered! Overall the jacket is beautiful. The colors and personalized details are exact match. Noticed a few color smears around the patch. And the string on the back sticking out.

This is my second time ordering from Varsity Base and this experience was WORSE than the first go round.

I recently ordered a jacket & while I received it within 6 weeks, it arrived in the wrong colors. Varsity Base did not send me an image approval of the jacket. I quickly sent VB images of the stitching now matching and my disappointment, and they offered me a replacement patch or the option to purchase another jacket at 50% off. After accepting the 50% option, I contacted Varsity Base on the status of the jacket after 3 weeks of my payment. They stated they never received confirmation of payments and that I would need to wait up to 8 weeks for the new jacket.

Honestly, I would never order from this company again, and I would advise everyone to steer clear of this brand, as Im not sure when I will get my jacket.

Easy to order, easy to design it looked amazing and my son loved his Christmas gift.
