I’ve had another really positive experience with Venn Group, and in particular with Pippa, who has been fantastic throughout the recruitment process.
This is actually the second role I’ve secured through Venn Group back-to-back, which speaks volumes about the level of service and support I’ve received. Pippa has been incredibly helpful, approachable and professional, keeping me updated throughout the process and always being available whenever I had a question.
She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. The regular check-ins and updates were particularly appreciated, as I always knew where things stood.

I have always found Venn and all of the individuals I have worked with really helpful and supportive and they are willing to go the extra mile . I would like to especially like to mention Mike Attwood, Richard Scabo and Phoebe Merries . Mike I have known for years but Richard and Phoebe are new - one word they are outstanding! Candidate focused
After coming off a bad Agency experience, I was dubious about whether I wanted to accept another Agency placement, but Tim was patient, friendly and encouraging. He wasn't too pushy, but he encouraged and prepared me well for the interview, and subsequently a job I would have never considered. I do feel Venn Group have got the right approach, and I would use them again.

I get regular check ins to make sure all is going well on my contracts and I am always kept up to date with feedback on my progress or any new contracts that may suit my role. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. I dealt with Alex throughout the recruitment process and found the communication to be disappointing. I was contacted about opportunities, asked to send my CV, and then received little or no follow-up unless I chased for an update myself. Even then, the responses were often delayed or vague.
I understand recruitment can be unpredictable, but keeping candidates informed is a basic part of the process. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience dealing with Alex, so I won’t be using the agency again.
