Low prices and extremely poor service!
They advertise on the website that they will recover the old mattress, however this is not true. They will ask for unrealistic conditions. I had to ask the refund via PayPal in order to get the money back, support after sale is totally useless.

Les canapé on été jeter du camion sur la route vidéo surveillance à l appuie. Service livraison horrible, malpolie... Plus jamais je commanderai sur votre site. Très très très déçu.

Your customer service did npt respond to any of my messages through your whatsapp chat. Then I tried with the email option where customer service got back to me once but did not answer all my questions. Lack of a phone number to call was also a downside.

Furthermore, the delivery company just left the packages outside the door without even ringing the doorbell.

So we will most likely not order from you again.

Seamless order process, quick delivery and product in line with the description on the website….. just some scratches on the ordered table, otherwise a perfect experience, bit good value for price

My experience, unfortunately, was not the best at first. The quality of the furniture was below my expectations, and on top of that, it arrived with a damaged part. This must have happened during transport, as the box was already dented when delivered. Sadly, even with the protection inside, the furniture still got dented. I felt extremely disappointed to receive a brand-new piece that already had a visible flaw.

However, I must highlight how efficiently and professionally the company resolved the issue. They handled my request with remarkable speed, leaving me both satisfied and pleasantly surprised. It is rare nowadays to find a company that not only takes responsibility but also ensures the client is left completely content. This excellent service turned my initial disappointment into a very positive overall experience.

Best price-quality online. Fast delivery with option to assemble selected products

The quality of the products are not great. Ok I did't buy something on the higher tier but still the quality is poor for the price in my opinion.
The instructions to put the furniture together is not clear at all, some of the holes are left out for you to drill, some of the steps are left for try-error and you figure out after a few tries.
The customer service is very responsive while you are buying the products and the response time gets much longer after you have bought the stuff.
The delivery was on time, so no problem there however 2 of my items were missing and apparently they were out of stock (which was not the case when I made the purchase) and after 2 weeks the customer service still has not gotten back to me after my several attempts.
Overall I do not recommend this brand.

After the company's response I am reducing the review from 2 stars to one star (thats the lowest I can give).
They say they tried to reach me for the missing items but there was never an attempt from their side. They have my email address and phone number but they never tried to reach out. I know it is the correct phone number and email address because they send me ads on email and they managed to call me for the initial delivery.

Bonjour, étant en cours d'emmenagement et ayant achetés des meubles auprès de 6 entreprises différentes, Ventes-unique est le seul site qui vous demande des documents personnels afin de valider la commande. Travaillant en finances, je peux comprendre le process KYC même si cela parait très zêlé. Cependant, on vous prévient de ce process 24h après avoir validé et payé votre commande. De plus, l'upload des documents fonctionne une fois sur deux et c'est à vous de relancer vente-unique pour savoir où on en est sur la validation de la commande. J'ai dû appeler 4x en 10jours avant que ma commande soit enfin validée. Concernant une autre commande, j'ai appris après 2 semaines et suite à un appel de ma part (la veille du jour de livraison) qu'il y avait eu un souci technique chez eux et que je devais attendre 2 semaines de plus concernant la livraison. En conclusion, ce site a une gamme très variée de meubles (comparé aux autres acteurs luxembourgeois) mais leur process de validation de commandes est lunaire. Cela prend moins de temps d'acheter un appartement ou d'investir 50K dans un fonds d'investissement que d'acheter un canapé sur ce site.

Experience catastrophique. La premiere commande comprenait 3 colis, j'ai ete livree que d'un colis (habime) sans explications. Il a fallu appeler mille fois pour resoudre et avoir aussi l'argent propose apres l'incident. La deuxieme commande pour reparer a ce qui n'etait pas livree aussi catastrophique: manque de pieces, pieces habime. Enormement de temps perdu dans l'attente de livraisons et egalement perdu au telephone. Je suis encore en attente d'un vrai resolution...et remboursement.
Je ne vais jamais plus commander sur venteunique.

Le site web est assez intuitif et le service client est très reactif
