The team are just so friendly, helpful and easy to contact.

I highly recommend using VenueScanner if you are a venue looking for new clients and an easy-to-use platform with lots of support!

Incredibly frustrating especially after the amount of time and money and nothing to show for it. Annoyed that we were sold this service with promises of bookings only to find that these expectations haven't been met. We've tried to end our agreement but can't get anywhere. Definitely haven't seen the value we were promised.

Do not use this company . Complete waste of money . Very poor customer service taking no responsibilty for not delivering on any of the promises they made. The worst thing is they tie you into a 12 month contract . Avoid using this company. We are on the elite plan and in 8 months we have not taken one single booking. The intial speel is its takes time to get to know your business and generate bookings . Well we are an events venue have had plenty of bookings but not one through Venue Scanner . Dont throw your money away folks .

Trying to get 2 venues listed, happy to pay whats needed but they don't call or reply to emails. Think they may have gone bust so be careful

The experience using VenueScanner was excellent. I added all my requirements to the platform for a couple of events that were quite close together. I had an initial telephone call with Ciara and was emailed several options for both events within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we weren't successful with one of the events, but we did manage to book our Christmas Party via VenueScanner.

VenueScanner was also good at monitoring the platform to ensure that venues had responded to the initial query.

Venuescanner are among our favourite agencies at Swan - always consistent and responsive and offer a well-rounded service that is usually overlooked by their competitors. The concierge team only send relevant enquiries and our Account manager, Kam, is an absolute gem who understands our business and what we need.

I used VenueScanner to book a work summer party and the whole experience was seamless! The team were super helpful, listened to my all my requirements and offered me lots of different venue options that I could reach out to directly thought the online portal, all in one place which was great to compare!

Once I'd chosen the venue the online portal made it really easy to book and pay the deposit online. Would definitely use again!

There a many many elements that have made this a great partnership, but ultimately it boils down to they really care about our sites and supporting our growth.
Our Account Manager Jenny is always available for feedback and promotional opportunities, and pops over regularly to speak to me and the teams. They concierge team are always bring the most relevant opportunities, which is rare and great appreciated.
They are available to support our growth and listen to the events that make the most sense for our space.

As the 3rd Parties sales manager at Puttshack UK, I can say that working with VenueScanner is an absolute pleasure. The team is lovely and super helpful, quick to respond, and have DELIVERED so far this year!

I've just come to the end of my contract with this company and it was a battle from start to finish. I wish I had seen these reviews when I first started dealing with Venue Scanner as they are 100% true.

We have had barely any bookings from them and the enquires we did get were not even relevant for the my venue.

I have invested over £2K and for a small, independent business, in an already struggling industry and market its money I can't afford to just throw away.

You'll see various reviews of unfortunate businesses that have signed up for this company's service.

It's also a scam for users - I entered a load of details and was promised an email with a list of responses. Instead I am being chased to have a call with someone to discuss my needs further. This is absolutely not what is promised on their homepage, so this appears to be another reason to assume that this company is simply not trustworthy.
