The product purchased was good.
The product purchased was good. My only problem was that delivery was shown on website as 1-2 days but I waited for over 10 days before I chased up and the received the product the following day. Hopefully this was a one off.

Poor service (But sorted swiftly)
Ordered 2 EveAid sprays on 10th March. Express delivery and still waiting for it to arrive 10 days later. Sent an email to customer services 6 days ago for update and no response. Not good! I have no idea what is happening and am £40 out of pocket!!!!!
UPDATE: Appreciated the phone call and honesty to say that due to demand my order had been overlooked. This was soon sorted and my EveAid arrived a few days later. Thank you x

Cannot give a 5 as have not had to use the product (fortunately) however, delivery etc spot on. I do feel more secure having it about my person when walking my dogs as dog napping has almost doubled nationally since lockdown last year.

I ordered a full set of body armour and helmet as well as a further soft armour panel at a later date.
From first contact I had excellent service, and the lead time for my first order to be manufactured was clearly communicated. Obtaining an export licence was painless and the armour and helmet were top quality and fit as expected.
