Una puñetera defecacion. Así de simple,
Compré un articulo en eBay.com por valor de 180€, utilicé viabox (establecí 40€ como valor del paquete) para que me lo enviasen a Madrid (55€ costes de envio) y cuando me llega, Aduana me pide 27€. Vamos que me han debido sumar todo y así lo han declarado 180 + 40 + 50 = 270 .. justo me piden el 10%, los impuestos que Aduanas suele calcular de todas las importaciones superiores a 50€ (inferior a 50€ no llevan tasas). Un desastre de pagina y de metodo.

I would give -10 if there was such an option. Their ad is very attractive but only a lie. I ordered stuff in the beginning of summer, for weeks it has shown "shipped". It is almost August now and all I get from customer service is excuses, asking for patience and nothing gets done. Not to mention that despite the allegedly "unbeatable" shipping costs I paid a fortune for a package I will probably never receive.
Avoid using them at all cost.

Bad company, shipping cost to Indonesia $77 for only tshirt its so expensive and i dont believe that. When i used my MyUS shipping for tshirt only $18, and viabox cost is $77. its 4X i must pay from MyUS. dont use ViaBox its scam !!!

and the funny from Viabox is shipping costs can raise everytime, i can't believe that. yesterday shipping cost its $77 and now $88. raise $11 from yesterday. its so funny and so dissapointent

Appears to be a scam ! I am still awaiting my goods from nearly three weeks ok. Customer service terrible and I will be taking action against them. Please do not use !

Stay away from Viabox. No service at all. Very vague and unhelpful customer service.
2 weeks ago I instructed and paid them to ship May goods that they received -still they have not shipped them. Looks like total scam.

90€ pour des jeans et plus de 200€ demandé par viabox !

Not to be trusted! Please learn from my mistake and do NOT use this service. They wanted $215 to ship a concealer from the US to the UK. They have failed to respond to every attempt to contact them. As another reviewer stated, I believe that this is a scam and they are on selling items that are 'lost' or they have to 'dispose of' (after failing to respond to their owners).

terrible service , tried to ship 1 item out they wouldn't basically took my item and it dissapeared in their system. basically terrible operation all the way i don't know how they are still in business with all these transportation rules

I get scammed by those m****kers. shipping fees from US to Morocco have been skyrocketed (more than quadrupled). No i m upset when i realise how naive i was when i saw their website before.

Learn from my mistakes. I have used MyUS for a long time and I thought I would try a new company. Bad idea, Viabox is so expensive, they get your items, for one pair of shoes they wanted $180 to send to Australia. In the meantime I have had other items sent to them and they want $1000 to send 5 or 6 items. I am now trying to get them to return the items to the stores I purchased from, however they have fallen silent. i cannot get any response from them. This is probably the worst online company I have ever had dealings with. Absolute Scammers. They hope you will just get tired of contacting them and leave your items with them, which they probably then on-sell.

They are thieves and I don’t recommend their services at all. They manipulate with the weight to charge with more money than you would actually pay if you ship with any carrier.

They are thieves , their shipping rate are X3 myus and other drop shipping services out there , i received a package from amazon that contain 4 items , they send me 3 for 250$ via aramex total weight is 5lb , for the 4th items they said :"unknown metal tube with wires , possibly an explosive device" hahahahaha , what a joke .

I would say that their service was deplorable at best. If an issue does arise it literally takes weeks for them to get back to you. Their chat option cannot really answer anything and their phone number is of no use either as it directs you back to their website. Things are/were so bad that I reached out and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and after 3 weeks of the BBB reaching out to them, Viabox never responded to them even once. My recommendation would be to go with anyone but Viabox.

their ads claimed to be 75% cheaper than myus. but omg, it's triple the shipping rate charged by myus. and when i confront their cs, they just shutdown my chat with their operator named Titus or Tinnitus. and the chatbox is gone. stay away from them. lousy service

I don't know why i am even giving it 1 star as these thieves don't even deserve 1 star. Avoid these package thieves at all cost.

They received my item around 1 month ago and i paid express shipping to get it shipped asap. It's been around 1 month wait and no replied to any Email i have sent them. All the reply i get from customer support is " We have escalated this to higher management".
Please save your money and packages and don't get it shipped to them as they will steal it and make excuses to not send it .

A fuir absolument.J'ai voulu testé le service car il proposait l'envoi groupé de plusieurs colis "gratuitement".Ca sera la première et derniere fois.Tout est soi-disant gratuit mais vous payer plus cher dans les frais de transport.
Exemple: Un objet que le vendeur americain pouvait m'envoyer pour $25 et bien Viabox me l'envoie pour $110 par le même transporteur et même service(USPS mail international).Lorsque vous avez plusieurs colis a envoyer,c'est le jackpot pour eux.
Je reste donc chez Shipito qui se se trouve aussi dans l'Oregon.

Première expérience avec Viabox, je pense dans mes prochains achats recourir encore à leurs services.
Le point qui m'a surpris au départ est le prix plus élevé que la simulation: j'ai compris que le poids seul n'est pas indicatif du prix, le volume l'est et les transporteur prennent en compte un minimum. A vérifier donc.
Mais sinon, j'ai apprécié notamment:
- bonne réactivité du service clientèle et avec amabilité.
-le repackaging a la demande est gratuit pour avoir un volume moindre et payer donc moins.
-des produits exclus chez le transporteur que j'ai choisi (je n'en savais rien à la sélection ) m'ont été expédié sans frais supplémentaires via un autre transporteur.
-produits arrivés en bon état.
