Une très mauvaise expérience

Le transporteur m'a fait payer des frais de gestion du colis à l'hauteur de 60 euro pour une commande Amazon qui m'a coûte 40 euro. Puis Viabox a refusé d'envoyer le colis ! Il n'y a aucun recours possible !

It’s been more than week. 4 of my packages got delivered. Not updated. Now the real scary part is their website stopped working since 5days. No email reply. Much scary. Out if 4 packages 3 are expensive goods.

Based in Portland Oregon USA. This freight forwarding company are a complete waste of your time. How they continue to operate is a mystery. I had some items sent to them, with the idea of combining several fright charges, all they had to do was get my items to Los Angeles, less than 1000 miles south of their location. Its now been 13 days and the items are where ?, they don't know. Avoid for your piece of mind.

I watched an unboxing review on Youtube & they mentioned that they used this service so I decided to try it myself.

I'm on my 5th or 6th shipment now ( I lost count) and so far I've been happy with their service.

Scammer!!! Charged same price of your purchased item! No receipt has been emailed as well!! Receiving reply's that it has bee refunded no money has been charged back on my account!!! Never trust this a$$holes!

This Disgusting scammer charge a lot. Same scammers run their help desk. The website was down for 4 days and did nothing. Did not even notify via their Social networking account until someone start talk about it.

Viabox is back on line again. I find them (generally) great.

Aside from their website being down, no communication and nothing to say what happened for a week - I find them quick and efficient.

Their charges are slightly on the high side and choices of shipping company is limited. You get free storage for six months and no nonsense add on charges during the consolidation process or annual fee.

Offers consolidation to remove unwanted packaging.

I used to use viabox.com service, never had a problem. Now their site is offline and they received some packages for me, and i don’t know how recover them. Can someone help on this?

I have read many negative reviews on Viabox but i think most of the people don t understand that viabox is not the cheapest way to send just one packet from USA to the rest of the world but instead the best way to save shipping cost from multiple purchases from different stores and repack in less boxes than the original, also some stores don t ship outside USA so in this way you can have the goods dispatched to your USA address, also you can store your purchases for 180 days without fees in the viabox warehouse so you have time to collect and save money on shipping, the help desk was very supportive and really cleaned up the mess that sometime i have done with my orders, hope this review help others to better understand in which way you can save money with via box

I register 10 days ago with Viabox, I used their address to ship from Amazon.

For the last 4 days I'm trying to access the website and it is down.

I called customer service and no one is answering.

I don't have a solution how to get my stuff or how can I ship it.

Any advise how to get my stuff or report them to police

I like that they don't charge monthly subscription fees and the shipping fees were reasonable.

I just received my third package safe and sound & I'm happy with this forwarding service.

I would use them again whenever I need to forward packages.

i signed up for Viabox because I needed to get a few things shipped. I ordered a diet protein powder and a bottle. The order came to about $60. Viabox advertised on their website that they could ship it cheaply they wanted to charge me $264 JUST TO SHIP!!!!

so I then ordered the identical products from iHerb and got them to ship to my country. iHerb charged $7 shipping

I asked them if they could lower shipping prices... They replied and told me I could get a slightly cheaper rate but not much.

THIS IS A SCAM plain and simple

High risk of losing money without possibility of any recoveries. My own experiences was simple, they scammed me because I never get what I ordered and they never refund me. For those wondering, this is what they do, they don't scam every order and every customer, however, high chances are that your money will be used to service a previous user, perhaps 1 in 9 orders are processed in the non-scam manner and 8 orders are scammed. This one person think it's a legit service does not mean this is not a scam. This is exactly why there is good reviews from time to time. But no one wants to be among that 8. Final words, be extremely careful, stay away from viabox, or prepare to be scammed.

I thought I give them a try but the shipping rates were almost twice as much as advertised. The delivery company lost my package and they don't help at all! It's been two months. I paid for insurance but they also told me that the insurance actually only covers $100 and not the whole value. Shipping costs and import duties are also not covered. Now I'm out $300 and they use extortion methods trying to convince to close my PayPal dispute so that I can't even recoup my shipping costs. BE WARNED!

To be honest I dont understand all those negative reviews. Its true that viabox is overpriced but their customer support is really good- fast responses, they repacked my parcel after a few hours. Parcel shipped almost instantly.

Thought Viabox would offer a much less expensive rate after consolidation to send to Thailand. I was wrong, VERY WRONG!
Viabox's cheapest consolidated shipping rate was 8, YES EIGHT times that of Amazon. Simply ridiculous!
In fact their return fee for the items to Amazon in the US was 3, yes 3 times the price it cost to ship from Amazon to Thailand.
Do not use this service, it offers no financial benefit whatsoever.
Angry and frustrated, Repurchased the goods and had them sent direct from Amazon... So simple and cost effective. DON'T DO VIABOX, please.

Used there service once in 2015-09-08. Will probably never use again.

J'aurais dû lire les avis ici-même (les vrais, ceux à 1 étoile) avant d'essayer Viabox, mais je l'ai fait trop tard.
Donc oui c'est bien une arnaque, si seuls les frais d'expédition sont facturés, ceux-ci sont monstrueux. J'ai commandé un jean et l'enseigne où je l'ai acheté l'a expédié gratuitement à mon adresse Viabox dans l'Oregon, le suivi UPS indiquait un poids de 1,7 lbs.
Une fois le paquet reçu chez eux, Viabox me propose la ré-expédition pour une poids de 4 lbs ! Je note aussi que le mode d'acheminement le moins cher (qui était présent dasn le simulateur d'expédition) n'apparait plus.
Le moins cher est à 80$. Et pour 8$ de plus, 88 donc, c'est UPS, que j'ai finalement choisi, quitte à me faire arnaquer autant payer un peu plus pour être à peu près sûr de recevoir mon colis.
Problème, quand je vais sur le site UPS pour suivre cette nouvelle expédition, le poids du colis est de 2lbs, et non 4 comme facturé chez Viabox. Cherchez l'erreur ....
Seul point positif, le service a été très rapide. Viabox reçoit le paquet un samedi, le jour même je choisis et paye l'expédition, je pense qu'ils l'ont envoyé dans la foulée. Expédié le lundi sur le site d'UPS.
