I emailed with my query and had a response very quickly and it answered my questions perfectly and precisely. I placed my order, had a receipt by email and due to there word my order arrived within the time allocated. I phoned on one occasion about delivery and the phone was answered without delay and a very helpful friendly English speaking person answered. Such a helpful person and such a relief and my order arrived within allotted time and the order is perfect. Will use again and I would recommend.

Looks great, feels great, fits great

I ordered a duvet set with zip fasteners on 3 sides. It took about 4 weeks to come as each one is made to order and I am very pleased with the product. Very good quality materials; easy to use zip; makes it so much easier to change the bedding! I have just ordered another one..... Why don't more bedding suppliers offer the zip fastening?

Victoria Linen Co met my need for specialist fitted sheets for my adjustable bed. They make sheets to order, but it was worth the wait. The quality is excellent. I am now going to order some semi-fitted top sheets to match the fully-fitted bottom sheets. I would recommend this company to anybody wishing to purchase exact fitting high quality sheets.

I buy all my sheets and pillowcases from Victoria Linen Company. If you need any help in ordering or working out what you need size wise etc the company are really helpful. The sheets are fabulous quality and fit the bed perfectly with plenty of tension on the fitted sheets. Whenever we have people stay, they always say how lovely our beds are.

At 75yrs of age and not being born with an electronic gadget in my hand this seemingly small company is exceptional. I am an old fashioned shopper liking to feel, touch and visibly see the product. At first contact they, without asking, offered to send swatches of their product which arrived within days. They took my order over the telephone and the rest is history. I re-ordered.

Purchased the Panama Parchement Base Valance made to my own specifications. Perfectly made, good quality fabric and great service. Being able to choose the fabric colour from the swatches was extremely helpful. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Delivered on time and a fantastic quality product would highly recommend there sheets

I ordered a 3 side zipped Superking duvet cover from Victoria Linens. I was going to be away on holiday at about the time it would be delivered so they agreed to hold on to it and deliver it on my return. They kindly did that and I received it last week. I put it on my bed yesterday and am delighted with both the quality and the ease of getting it on and off my duvet…..no more wrestling, puffing and panting and dreading bedding change day! I shall be ordering another one after seeing the quality of this one. I wish they offered a subtle patterned self coloured strip below the pillow edge just to make it a bit more interesting but maybe that would result in a big price increase.

From the initial enquiry for a made to measure mattress saver through to an on time delivery the staff are to be congratulated for their prompt, polite, professional responses.
The mattress saver is of good quality and fits our French manufactured motorhome mattress perfectly.

Well made product , worth the extra money. We have been buying bedding from Victoria Linen for over 10 years and we have never experienced any problems with the company or the product.

This is the second time I've bought from Victoria Linen. They sell quality items, made well, and they last.
It's probably old fashioned, but I like the simplicity of the things they sell, they make my bed look comfortable without being gaudy.

The material quality is great, but the double bed fitted sheets bunch up and do not hold under the mattress.
If the company can add grip to the elastic edges it would solve it.
A shame as no way of returning the product as custom made.

I wasn’t sure about ordering for our 8ft bed from Victorian Linen, as I usually use another company. I need not to have worried, as they are a lovely colour and good quality and a perfect size. I’m delighted, and will order again

Lovely quality linen with an excellent fit on the bed. Not the quickest delivery but worth the wait.
