PLEASE AVOID!!!!
I Bought a 2 person Vidalux sauna and it’s been an absolute nightmare.
The Sauna was very easy to put together but I could see the poor quality whilst I was doing this.
Sauna heated up fine but no heat around the bottom area and impossible to lean back and relax as you’re leaning on a heater so it’s very unpleasant.
Tried putting it on again after a few days and one side of the heaters had stopped working.
I contacted support who sent me out a spare bulb to change which I wasted more time doing and it’s still the same, not working.
I wasn’t happy with the poor quality Sauna and the heat distribution on the 1 occasion that it worked but now I am stuck with a very poor quality big wood box that doesn’t work in my gym.
I then began exchanging various emails where I was left going round in circles begging for my money back.
Cause I have disregarded the multiple boxes that it came in they are refusing to give me a refund.
I have even offered to take it back to there depot or anywhere they like to try a recoup the bulk of my money back.
They are refusing to give me a refund it’s faulty and I am more than unsatisfied with the performance and quality, or lack of quality of the product.
Really really bad situation where I feel like I’ve just had £1600 stolen from me.

The steam shower runs just right and comes across as really high end. It warms up in no time at all. It keeps the steam in there nicely too. The way it is built seems top notch. I end up using it each and every day.

The overall quality of the steam shower was initially as expected - with the limitations any plastic shower cabin would offer.
However after less than four years of use, one of the sliding glass doors just shattered, covering me in glass.
When I raised this with the company they claimed I had not correctly registered the extended warranty (I had and had forwarded them proof), insisted the unit had been in use for five years (it had not been delivered until late November 2021) and finally insisted that spontaneous glass shattering was unlikely after a number of years (accept it is not overly likely but also not entirely uncommon of).
Overall I would say the stem shower is not worth the money.
Apart from the exploding glass there have been other issues I had simply accepted as being part and parcel of a cheaply manufactured product, however they had not impacted on the main use of the shower as a shower that was also capable of generating steam and that was easy to install without the hassle of trying to find builders.
However the exploding glass issue is a serious health and safety issue and it was pure luck that nobody was injured. We are still finding bits of glass in random places.

Following the reply from Vidalux below I also wish to add that “exploding” glass can happen even after a few years and appears to be most commonly caused by little invisible metal bits in the glass. This is more likely in glass that is subject to changes in temperature.
Secondly I wish to point out that Vidalux still seem to struggle with basic maths, the steamshower was delivered in late November 2021, commissioned in December 2021 and exploded on the 2nd of November 2025. In their email they state this was after 5 years of use, my calculations suggest it was just under 4 years (3 years and 11 months to be exact).
I am aware that there was an offer of a replacement door which including delivery had amounted roughly to a quarter of the price of the unit. Given my recent experience of being showered with glass I am not willing to take that risk - I maintain that this unit was a significant Health and Safety risk.

The hydro jets give a gentle massage that wakes me up in the morning. The glass and fittings feel high quality, and the cabin looks amazing in my new bathroom.

It didn't work at the first attempt.
Pay Pal took the money.
Well despite me following the Pay Pal route it didn't take my money but the money was taken from my bank account.
That was unsettling but it was fixed my money was reversed after an hour or so.
It has now worked but not exactly seamless

The Sauna arrived on time and was easy to put up, took longer to get out of the box. My husband and son assembled in within ten minutes. Have been in it every night and really pleased with it. Have started recommending to friends and family.

The infrared sauna is 10/10

Great sales department, super helpful. Had a Sauna on order but was awaiting supplier delivery. The date kept getting pushed back. The sales team let me have an alternative to speed up delivery. Really easy to put together with two people. I needed an electrician to hardwire the 4-5 person Sauna (wasn’t expecting that - website said plug in), so plan that. The quality is brilliant.

The steam fills up fast, and the temperature stays perfect throughout. It's so relaxing that I end up spending longer in the shower every time. Absolute bliss!

Brilliant product at reasonable price. Good delivery answered questions quickly and was very helpful.

Superb after sales support. Were available on phone for technical advice on how to construct sauna. When we had issue with heater they sent a replacement next day no questions asked.

Waited in all day for the eventual delivery, as the company gave an 08.00 - 18.00 delivery window ! Why, in this day and age an 2 hour window and parcel tracking is not provided is an major red flag.
Eventually arrived well packaged on a pallet. Whoever reckons that assembly takes 30 minutes is a clown - it took way more than 30 mins just to unpack ! The assembly/installation booklet that comes with the sauna is just not fit for purpose, with generic diagrams not specific to the particular model. Urgent attention should be given by the company to the electrical wiring on the roof as it appears unfathomable at first glance and I’ll be amazed if it stands the test of time (let’s hope the 5 year warranty is honoured ).
Expect heightened stress levels during assembly due to lack of digestible assembly instructions.
Three hours after assembly commenced, I switched on the sauna with considerable trepidation, but to give it credit, it worked well although the radio/bluetooth and coloured lighting options will need to be fathomed out at a later date. Also, the ioniser remains a perplexing mystery with scant info given in relation thereto.
As stated - I’ll be amazed if the electrics on the roof stand the test of time, but I live with eternal hope.

I contacted Vidalux after being let down by another supplier and ordered a 2 Person Infared Sauna. It was delivered by lorry and off loaded by a pallet truck to the front of my property. It only took 17 days from placing the order to it being in my room set up and working. It was packed so well that it took me over 2 hours to unpack it and check it over. Extremely pleased from start to finish.

After choosing the item, I discussed it with your call centre to make things clear for me, the chap was excellent to talk to. placing the order, very easy/simple.
The return email allowed me to pick a date for me to program it into our work load/diary.
Just so easy well done.
You may want to advise some of our other suppliers how it is done by your firm.

When making a large purchase, you want to be sure you are doing the right thing! Well, buying for Vidalux is definitely the right thing in my opinion. I contacted customer services and Ryan replied very quickly with the information I needed. Then whilst placing my order I had a question and used the live chat link where Susan was super helpful!
My infrared sauna arrived exactly as planned, the delivery guy was very kind and considerate.
It took 2 of us about an hour to put it together, but just as described, once it's all clipped together you just plug it in and away you go! Perfect!
I'm so impressed! And would definitely recommend Vidalux to anyone who will listen! Great experience from start to finish!

I recently purchased a WB35 Deluxe 1700 x 800 Whirlpool & Airspa Bath from Vidalux UK. Although there were some initial manufacturing issues with the motor, the company were very helpful in resolving the problem quickly and efficiently. They arranged a replacement and even sent me some extra goodies as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the service was professional, and their commitment to customer satisfaction gives me confidence in the brand. I would definitely do business with Vidalux UK again.
