Vidalux Reviews

Great service and speedy delivery.
Love the 2 person infrared sauna and the quality.

I got the 1500 for use after I have knee operations. This hasn’t happened yet but my grandkids all love it, they are teenagers. They are all coming to visit for New Year and have already started setting a schedule. At this time the adults are not included so we will just have to use it when the opportunity arises. Well worth the purchase

Prompt delivery everything well packaged easy to assemble thermostatic control is excellent keeps regulated temp even if pressure suddenly drops I bought serenity 1200 steam cubicle and love it

We are seriously impressed with our Solara infrared two-person sauna. The build really only took ten minutes. And the quality is great.
The construction is strong, the wood feels like it will last, and sharp edges have been sanded down. We hope it's going to last for many years.
Also happy that they offer a five-year guarantee, instead of one-year.

The electric shower cabin delivers instant hot water along with ideal pressure and a solid design. It has made my morning showers faster and simpler, plus much more pleasant than before.

Chose this company since I’ve had a shower cubicle by them before and the specialist sauna company I originally ordered from “disappeared”. Ordering was easy and any queries quickly addressed via emails. Personally I would have liked to talk to someone but understand they’ve chosen this as their process and it works. Minor issue with a slat breaking once it was all set up and again they quickly sent two replacements, which was appreciated since it would have been impossible to see the weakness in the wood slat just by looking at it. LOVE my sauna and use it frequently- wish I’d known about these being so easy to set up earlier.

The back rest was not as described in both looks and size. Further to talking to the company I return item for a refund and emailed to advise, I have not had a reply or a refund. Too exhasibate the situation the light in our 2 week old Vidalux sauna has stopped working. Is it even worth mentioning to Vidalux.

Vidalux have addressed all of the issues raised in my original review and I have therefore changed my star rating. We have been very impressed with our infrared sauna and would definitely recommend one. Thank you

This whirlpool steam shower combo works incredibly well overall. The steam feels rich and calming on the skin, while the whirlpool jets add even more to the experience. Each session comes across as totally luxurious in my view. It proves worth every bit of the cost.

The customer service from Vidalux is excellent. I had a problem with the hose to the handset on a Vidalux shower. Spoke to customer service and a new hose was put in the post for delivery tomorrow.
Thanks for the excellent service.

Great value, Easy purchase.

It serves as the go to place for unwinding around the house. Bubbles mixed with the lights build up that true spa feel. Regular baths do not seem worth it anymore.

Order was easy

This walk-in bathtub is both beautiful and practical. Easy to enter, comfortable seat, and relaxing jets. Perfect for my parents — they absolutely love it!

Very quick to respond to my questions about the unit and easy to order. Came back with a delivery date within hours giving us a choice of dates to choose from. So far so good.

Putting it together did not take long or cause any hassle. The warmth spreads out even across the space. After sitting in there, I always come out feeling cleansed inside. It works well for keeping up with wellness at home.

From first contact, to purchase and delivery, everything has been excellent.
The quality of product is second to none, cant thank the staff from Vidalux enough for keeping me informed about delivery date. Would highly recommend Vidalux to anyone thinking of buying a Steam Shower Cabin.

Ordered my Sauna direct from Vidalux it arrived as agreed 6 days later. It was well packed and stacked on its own pallet which was delivered straight onto my drive by the hauler. I was really easy to assemble and position and came with a 13A plug, I removed this and connected it to a double pole fused spur. The sauna works really well, just as described. The smart controller is easy to understand and use and the whole unit looks great in our garden gym.

I use the sauna every night before bed, and it helps me sleep so much better. The heat is even and soothing. Great value for such quality craftsmanship.

Very good quality
