Vidalux Reviews

when I tried to pay using my debit card via Apple Pay, it was refused, only for me to be able to pay using my credit card. On the assumption that for some reason my debit card was blocked, I called my bank fraud dept who alleged that it was a system fault. Having raided this with Vidalux, and received their helpful explanation, I am confident that the error was not at the Vidalux end, rather an over-sensitive banking app.
Thanks Vidalux, I look forward to receipt of my sauna and happy and regular use.

It has strong water pressure that never lets up. The heat kicks in instantly when you need it. The modern design fits beautifully with my decor around the room. I feel very pleased with how smoothly it works day after day.

Prompt delivery and good instructions for assembly

Great so far.
Will put a better review once I have tried product.

Very unsatisfactory steam shower cabin. Poor quality and very dirty glass. Over £1000 thrown away

I'm absolutely thrilled with my Vidalux steam shower! From the moment it was installed, it completely transformed the look of my bathroom. The glass panels, soft lighting, and contemporary design give it a truly luxurious, spa-like feel.

Functionality-wise, it's fantastic. The steam generator works quickly and fills the cabin evenly, creating a relaxing, soothing experience. The body jets, rainfall shower, and even the foot massager all perform perfectly. What really impressed me was the Bluetooth connectivity and built-in speakers—it’s amazing to unwind with music or a podcast in such comfort.

The remote control makes it so convenient to turn on the steam, lighting, or radio without stepping into the shower first. It’s intuitive and responsive, and I love being able to set everything just the way I want before getting in.

Overall, this shower is a perfect blend of style, technology, and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading their bathroom!

I am extremely impressed with the Vidalux Premium two-person full spectrum infrared sauna. From start to finish, the whole experience has been excellent and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, ease of use, and overall value for money.
Delivery was very quick and the sauna arrived securely on a pallet. Each individual component was very well packaged and protected, which gave immediate confidence in the quality of the product. Assembly was straightforward and took around an hour and a half from unpacking to completion. The panels slot together easily and the clasp system that holds them in place creates a very solid and sturdy structure once assembled.
The premium features really stand out. I particularly like the exterior LED lighting, which adds a smart, modern touch, and the interior LED lighting is fully adjustable using the remote control, allowing you to change colours to suit your mood. The control panel is intuitive and includes useful features such as a timer and programmable settings. The built-in Bluetooth speakers are a great addition and make the experience even more relaxing.
Most importantly, the sauna itself is a pleasure to use and feels extremely well made. For the quality, features, and enjoyment it provides, the value for money is excellent. I would highly recommend the Vidalux infrared sauna to anyone considering investing in a home sauna.

It does what was promised in the brochure -It heats up quickly and operates off a standard plug and most importantly after using it it has helped with the aches and pains I had been looking for help with. It was surprisingly also nearly as easy to fit together as promised in the video.

Love my new sauna, very well built and designed, probably the best purchase I’ve ever made!! Also a very easy stress free buying experience, couldn’t recommend more! Thanks

This Vidalux sauna is a great product! It was easy to assemble and is easy to operate. It heats up within 10 minutes and the temperature can be set along with a timer. The lights are lovely and the whole experience is very relaxing! It does seem to be a very sturdy sauna and the heating and infrared elements seem to be very good quality too. I am delighted with this product and have no hesitation in recommending it.
