Very fast delivery. Great product and would buy from them direct again

We are very very pleased with our Solera 2 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna - it is well made, easy to assemble and comfortable for 2 people. The sales service provided by the team at Vidalux was brilliant, with timely responses to any queries we had. The delivery team were also extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Product is excellent but the service is even better. When I assembled the sauna I had a heater that wasn't working so I emailed customer support. After a short email exchange they sent an engineer to connect a wire that had disconnected in transit, on a Saturday! No chases or delayed responses, Vidalux absolutely owned the issue and swiftly resolved it.
The sauna itself is excellent, I just wish I could get in it as my teenage daughter has claimed it as hers 🙄

I absolutely love my infrared sauna and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It feels well-made and high quality, and once installed, it fit perfectly into my space. Setup was much easier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Absolutely great product product. It was easy to both construct and instal, and looks really great. The build instructions that came with the unit were clear and unambiguous and easy to follow. Bought the unit to check out company and product. I am now going to purchase a steam / shower unit from Vidalux to install in our main shower room.

Very pleased with my purchase. All of the family use it several times a week. It was easy to build. Takes 2 people about 20 minutes to clip it into place. You can connect to the built in speakers via bluetooth and change the inside light colours with the 2 remotes that come with the Sauna. I definitely recommend it.

2 person sauna delivered and built 2 weeks ago. Arrived on a pallet and well packaged, and a trip to your local refuge site will follow as packaging galore to get rid of.
Its well designed and it all clips together well and will be easier with 2 of you. Go as large as space will allow but you need 15/20cm spare at the sides. Electrical connections are simple enough and the sauna fired up straight away.
12/15 mins after switch on its to temp. have then dialled the heaters at your back down and away you go with your sauna.
Mood lights look great and bluetooth works fine for spotify etc.
Been used 5 times a week and both me and my wife are really pleased with it and for the price we feel its decent value.

The shower drain is a European size and is not compatible with English pipe work. Had to replace it. The shower head connection thread that is screwed in to the chrome pipe had a serious leak.

Excellent product at a reasonable price, easy to install. Very robust construction on the shower bath. The Vidalux Ashford 1350 is an excellent product.

I bought sauna for 1 person ,its easy to put it together, i have done it alone its no problem ,but no instructions at all how to connect cables !!!!!! its like a joke !!!as cables even without sockets ,i wasted time to get friend to my house to connect it as he is electrician ,and bottom of sauna is freezing cold after you turning it on even after 1 hour heating ,heating up to 50 not reaching 60 or 80 what it says

Very happy and impressed with our recent purchase (Platinum 2 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna With Complete Heat).

Firstly, having contacted Vindalux to ensure they had stock in the UK of the particular sauna we wanted received a very prompt response assuring me that they did have stock in and confirm free delivery within 7 days. Having placed my order received instant confirmation emails re purchase and delivery date (with option to amend to a later date if their initial date not convenient).

Prior to delivery received emails about the delivery from both Vindalux but also the delivery company. On the day of delivery received further information regards likely timescale. Delivered on time.

The Sauna itself is excellent quality and easy to build - took us about 20 minutes and we’ve already enjoyed a couple of Saunas - brilliant - couldn’t be happier, and very happy to give this company and product a 5 star review.

Tip: The Sauna itself was broken down into 4 boxes - 3 relatively lightweight or easy to lift/move. One box (containing the door and back of the Sauna) pretty heavy for us (we’re in our 60’s and whilst my husband is physically fit/strong, not so much for myself as suffer with upper body muscular strength). Our tip if like us you intend to locate your Sauna upstairs is too unpack all the boxes and carry up panels / door individually and they are very well packed and the cardboard also adds weight.

Deliveries to Ireland are subject to >€500 import tax on top of the delivery. While this may be a fall out from Brexit it is not advertised at the point of sale and is only made during delivery.

From inital enquiries, plumbing issues, ordering and delivery, they have never failed to get back to me promptly, with answers to my questions. The bath is great.

Needed a new sauna shower as my last one died after 10+ years. Vidalux seemed the best out of 2 other options. Great chat with real people and useful answers. Ordered from them as opposed to the sellers on eBay as I needed the all black model which is rare . delivery was so smooth and left on the driveway. Only giving thsi review now as I got the plumber to fix it all yesterday, and I had my 1st shower in it yesterday. Lovely upgraded model with snazzy remote control. Monsoon overhead shower is a real pleasure and the shower water really doesn't pool water as it has a very slight slant into the drainage to help the drainage go out. Looks really nice in all black and unlike some sellers where you have to buy each and every piece separately which increases the price. This was an all inclusive price and I even got a small refund when they started the January sale to make up for me paying full price a week prior. Lovely touch. I appreciated this small refund, and the support a lot as I really could'nt choose which model was best. They explained each model and its operation to me so I could whittle down my choice. Good customer service also, as I needed an extra instruction manual for the plumber and they sent me the link to down load it. Simples. I know I have the best. Here's to another 10 years of sauna shower happiness. Thank you Vidalux.

Before purchasing I emailed to see if any offers were available and if I could get some goodies . An hour later I received an email back Gary named assistant offered me a free bath robe with my purchase
and was very quick at replying back to my email
I then proceeded with my order and can not wait to see my new steam shower and the bonus free bathrobe .

when I tried to pay using my debit card via Apple Pay, it was refused, only for me to be able to pay using my credit card. On the assumption that for some reason my debit card was blocked, I called my bank fraud dept who alleged that it was a system fault. Having raided this with Vidalux, and received their helpful explanation, I am confident that the error was not at the Vidalux end, rather an over-sensitive banking app.
Thanks Vidalux, I look forward to receipt of my sauna and happy and regular use.
