Good communication easy ordering everything arrived in good condition considering how much glass there was!
Had a little problem with the steam outlet but a new replacement was sent straight away, Thankyou vidalux for a pleasant experience would definitely use again.

This product is amazing and great value for money. We ordered the 1 person infra red sauna.
The customer service team was very helpful and organised the earliest delivery date with me straight away after the order was placed.
The delivery was on time and come packaged really securely.
The installation was easy but does require 2 people. It is straight forward and you only require cross head screwdriver.
The sauna itself work perfectly well and gets to the required heat in a short period of time. The light settings can be adjusted by a remote control and the speaker connect by Bluetooth to your mobile phone so you can play your own music while sitting in the hot sauna.
The infra red lights work well and the heat it generates is brilliant. You definitely feel better after 20 minutes of treatment. It’s ideal after exercise also.
Would 100% recommend this product. It’s sturdy and well built and is easy to put together on a flat surface.

Just loving our new infrared sauna from Vidalux. Delivery was prompt and efficient and it was relatively easy to assemble. It’s so easy to use and I really enjoy relaxing and listening to music.
I now sauna nearly every night after I have done my yoga - it’s a fabulous way to relax. Best decision we’ve made in a long time.

Great service and excellent technical support from your team, shower is fabulous, grandchildren loved it their only complaint was that the shower head is very high for children, riser could do with being lower on back wall of shower, but other than that it is absolutely fantastic. Thank you

I’ve had my infrared sauna for 4 weeks & I use it almost every day, I love it.
Ordering was easy, delivery came in 7 days. Very well packaged, so no damage, & easy to put together with 2 people, took about an hour. Construction of the sauna is very solid & well finished.
I’ve set the temperature to 60c & the timer for 35 minutes, & I get in after about 5 minutes warm up time. The heat builds up quickly & I get a really good sweat on for the last 15 minutes.
I always follow with a warm shower & feel amazing afterwards. People have commented on how good my skin is looking!
Contact with the sales team was easy & replies came quickly by email.
I highly recommend Vidalux if you’re looking for a quality infrared sauna, really cannot fault the sauna or company.

Vidalux say the their enclosed shower is leak free without silicone and they weren't wrong. I bought the 900mm quadrant shower with 9Kw heater.
The curved doors glide shut too.
I would recommend this cubicle to anyone.

Sauna delivered on day agreed before 9am. Was put together & ready to use by 11am. A couple of minor glitches which were dealt with speedily by Vidalux support. I am enjoying using it on a regular basis.

I ordered a 2 person full-spectrum sauna from Vidalux from their premier range. It's well built, great value and was easy to put together. It says it needs two people to put it together, I'm not suggesting you do this but I was able to do it myself in around 1 hour (not including unboxing).

I'm in it 4-5 days a week and can say it helps a lot with aches and pains from the training I do. It heats up quickly and evenly, although it only heats to 65 cel, due to the heaters being either side, behind and underfloor it's very hot and not something you'll want to do for much more than 20 minutes, in contrast to some of the cheaper brands where you can do 45 minutes easy. The whole thing has a premium feel from the solid wood door handle on the inside, the quality heating elements to the cool lighting.

Well organised delivery. Easy enough to assemble. Be prepared to set aside a couple of hours to put the whole thing together. But it is straightforward. I tested both trad and infrared within the first few days. All went well. The only thing which did not go to plan was that one infrared lamp has blown within first 20 minutes. I assume it was due to transportation. I reported it and got replacement within two days. Very easy to replace. All in all it is a good kit. I prefer traditional and my wife likes infrared. Both work well. Speakers are great, as well as the light features.
The only downside in my eyes was the lack of room for third person. It is advertised as it can sit three people, but in reality it is more suited for a couple. If you removed the sauna stove and used it purely as infrared option, then it is definitely a three person sauna. But the stove takes this extra space. It doesn't bother me as i normally go on my own or with my other half. But if you want a true 3 person sauna might be worth going for a different one.
Apart from the above, it is an excellent value for money. Quality of the wood and workmanship is very good. Looks and feels high quality.

I bought the premium 2 person sauna and iam over the moon even better than I expected got to be the best on the market would recommend this product and company.
